Hampton Inn & Suites Houston/League City

We loved our stay here. We arrived late and loved that there was staff at the front desk and we didn't have to go looking for anyone. They had several luggage carts available as well. The room was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable.

The only thing we did not love was the breakfast. We really didn't like any of it, including the muffins. My husband thought the eggs were good, but they were made with green/red peppers which we aren't fans of. The breakfast was included in our stay though, so it wasn't that big of a deal that we didn't like it.

Very clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. Mom required assistance with AC; room was awesomely cold, but too much for mom. Clerk showed up quickly to help reset the thermostat and brought a heater and extra blankets "just in case".

There was a situation requiring police involvement; noisy and a little scary because we didn't know what was happening. It was taken care of within a reasonable amount of time. We realize the hotel had no fault in this and commend them for having to deal with situations like those.

Nice folks, nice clean facility, exceptionally well managed, fair price, perfect location for our needs. A lady at the front desk who introduced herself as "Sparkle" was professional, cheerful, and helpful. After check-in she greeted me by name each time I passed through the lobby. She also helped me with an extension of our stay and offered some helpful advice regarding local dining.

I like the location, price is a bit pricy for me but it was good, i love their shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap smells so good and my hair loves it.

The only thing i don’t like is when you get up late for breakfast it gets crowded and people likes waffle but they only have 2 machines to make em’ so you really have to wait longer.

Its close to everything!! It was amazing! I was here visiting friends and family and i couldnt have had a better time!

House keeping was "do it yourself" and since i work in hospitality i was hoping i wouldnt have to. And i wish brealfast stayed open later.

Breakfast was delicious and safety measures for COVID were perfect. Staff served the food and had space apart for customers to sit.

Pool towels are small. Larger pool towels would be nice.

Everything! Soft beds, clean room, breakfast was good. Great service, the views, the coffee station Great location will be back.

Alittle dirty towards the rear of building. Building inside a little worn.. needs paint, elevator. I did see kids inside the gym playing with weights with their grandma. Could be a liability if they they get hurt.

location was great. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good. Had enough choices to start the day. The staff was friendly and helpful.

staff didn’t pick up phone when called several times. Didn’t respond to online message in timely manner. Received answer two days later.

All the rest it is great. Check out was fast. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean The hotel has diferent access points through the back, sides and the front of courses. We had a beautiful view of the pool and next a lake 😍, it was very relaxing and nice to wake up opening the windows and watching this. In general we will be going again when visiting League City and surroundings

Cons The staff in the reception who checked us in was new it looks like, and it took a while for us to go in when we already had reservatiom made. The walls in the rooms are thin. So you'll hear whatever goes on the hallway and upstairs.

I love the room we were in as it was just above the pool area and across from the lake!!! Great view🤗 We also enjoyed meeting Kay Ann, the Hospitality Concierge…She is a wonderful person and my husband, brother, and I enjoyed talking to her very much!!!

The Housekeeping never bought fresh towels to our room…I had to ask for them. Akthough, we did not request our room be clean, we did expect fresh towels be brought to us.
