The location next to the highway, the parking available on the side. the continental breakfast was fresh, desk clerks were friendly and helpful.

ice machine was broken. The Booking.com site has a question about pets that was answered on March 5, 2020, that states the pet fee is $10 per night. The clerk charged us $25, an increase of 150% in 2 1/2 years. Booking.com should update their website to the $25 pet fee.

We have stayed at this motel at least 1-2x’s each year for several years. We had an emergency when we were due to travel on this trip. The hotel was very kind and worked with us so that we did not lose the full cost of our reservation. That type of compassion will not be forgotten and we will be returning for future trips to the area.

Was very clean and had everything I needed and the desk staff was so nice and friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable and I slept well. Was very quiet and close to where I needed to be. Very good value.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and conveniently located near Lake Somerville. The continental breakfast was good. The manage Hitesh was friendly and went above and beyond by driving us to lake Somerville when we could not get an Uber.

Value and price are a good match. I was positively surprised by the room size and comfort of it. The bed was quite nice. Breakfast was also decent.

Location is okay - nothing they can do about that, there is not a lot to do in town. The facilities should be updated - especially the swimming pool.

it could have a update. Fresh paint, clean carpets or replaced. Make it as you Inter a place you want to stay.Around the front clean it up add some flowers or something green in pots.

Clean and comfortable bed.

Room was paid online. I was charged a deposit of $100 for the room at check in, after we got there. It was refunded after they checked the room at checkout. Was not prepared for this added expense.

All in all, the hotel provided what we needed, and what was expected at this price point. The king bed was comfortable, the shower worked great, and the television came on and turned off with the remote. The staff was pleasant, and provided what they promised... the best value for the money.

A very basic hotel, maintenance could be better, furniture is mismatched, and questionably arranged. The free breakfast is minimal at best.

It was right off the Hwy, easy to find.

The only complaint I have is once we got off the elevator to the second floor it was so hot. I guess the AC wasn’t working on the 2nd floor? We got into our room and it was so so hot in there. It took a couple of hours for the room to cool down. It was so hot.

The staff and owner of this property are AWESOME! My daughter competes in Highschool Rodeo, so we’ve stayed in this hotel every two week since June. The staff is the friendliest I’ve ever met ( and we are in hotels on the road a lot!) The cleaning ladies are just as friendly and wonderful. If you’re traveling to Somerville for the lake, vacation or just passing through....... this is the place to stop!

I can’t think of one negative thing about this hotel. They are so accommodating, that if anything is wrong, they fix it immediately.
