It was easy to get to. There was a delicious taco stand at walking distance. The hotel was clean, the pool the girls loved it. The room was perfect, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The water pressure was great. The beds were comfortable.

The 3rd floor hallway and elevator were hot. Saturday, the room was perfect, but Sunday morning, it felt very humid the ac was not cutting it. The remote to the tv unprogrammed itself. We were stuck watching one channel. I tried calling the front desk to complain about the neighbor having music loud at 3am, but the phone was disconnected, there was no wiring on it. It was just there for decoration.

Everything was amazing I want to recognize Ms. Kassy for her amazing customer service and the room was amazingly cool because the day was extremely hot

The 3rd floor hallway was hot and it had a muggy smell not only that but guests that come back in from the pool should not bring all their water trails in the hallway and elevator because that will cause someone to slip and fall

Excellent value. Room was super clean (most important). Everything I needed for an overnight stay- microwave, refrigerator, comfortable bed. Easy access off the highway.

This is a very small thing: the receptionists could smile and make eye contact to make you feel more welcome.

Clean facilities and nicer than regular la Quinta.

Wash rooms were not working & I was there for a bball tournament for my son! Definitely had to wash his uniform. But even after someone came to work on them he wasnt able to fix them. Neither were working on 2nd or 3rd floor so I had to hand wash it and hang it to dry! I wasn't happy about this at all! I never do this at home!

The Afternoon desk clerk, she is ugly, rude and Mean. She looked like Admiral Ackbar's Daughter. Also the Internet would Spontaneously drop out, Often, Daily.

Easy check in. Room was clean and spacious. Housekeeping was helpful and quick to serve. The location was perfect for the event we attended. Overall a good stay and would definitely stay again.

Elevators sometimes took a while to arrive, other than that, we don't have any complaints.

The elevator. It felt like we were entering an old box with the sounds it made, it was a little uncomfortable.

We called front desk to let them know about the plugs not working and they said they would check on it. They never did and that is the reason why I rated it a 9/10.

Had nothing to do with staff. Perhaps thicker walls would be nice. I'm just wondering if Bobby eventually ate his pizza, did they finally take the dog out to pee? And what show were they watching that they thought it was so good they had to have the tv blasting, why didnt the mom shut the dad up? Like geesh stop yelling. It was only past midnight.

Breakfast was great. We had 2 executive King rooms with pull out beds. One of the rooms was great. The other however smelled like bug spray and was missing the pull out bed. We told the front desk and they did everything they could to make us comfortable and happy. Everyone that worked there was very nice. We will for sure stay here again. Pool was clean, room was clean. We needed more blankets and towels they had no problem giving us them.
