I liked that the hotel remained rather quiet during my stay. I had a lot of interaction with Walter. Now I don't know if he was the facility Mgr., because if he was not he should be!!!! He was always willing to help. Always greeted as u entered and left the hotel. He always kept a very positive and bright type of spirited attitude even when I witnessed a couple of times when he could have lost it or got rude, he held his Professional composure which was a pleasure for a person who believes in giving and receiving great customer service! Thank you Walter! from room 202.

The breakfast area was rather small for the amount of people that used the area. I felt like staff should have a protocol put in place to have an additional employee help to maintain the the flow of the crowd to keep the guest orderly and respectful. Someone should also be in there to monitor and wipe down tables, more dirty, unclean tables than clean ones. I understood there was only one employee in there doing there best to keep the food cooked fresh and full , so it was no need to say anything.

Friendly front desk, clean room, no smoke smell, clean bedding, clean bathroom. Breakfast had typical but plentiful choices. Thank you for the hot foods and the waffle maker options. I liked the fridge in breakfast area holding the milks/creamers/yogurts, rather than having those just sit out.

The fridge in our room did not cool although it was making sounds like it was running. Some food I hoped to enjoy in the morning had to be thrown away. Also, found a booger on the headboard of the bed on the far side. Only noticed this because of careful inspection of the bed area upon arrival. I did not attempt to remove it and just avoided that area of the headboard.

Nice spacious room with separate kitchen area containing a refrigerator, sink, and microwave.

Poor room service when tv would not go on (took over an hour for technician to arrive even though it was late at night and the hotel wasn’t very full). Also got surprised with a $40 pet fee. On their web site they simply say there is a pet fee. It is only when I went to questions and answers that I saw it was $25. Then at check in I’m told they just raised the fee. Don’t like surprises!

The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. I like how there was a full size refrigerator in the room. Staff are very friendly and nice, professional. The floor room above us, people were stomping and jumping, i called the front desk to let them know and they were very helpful to tell them to stop. Breakfast was good.

Tv channels were mostly in spanish language and had narrator talking on them. The ice machine on 3rd floor was broken so had to go to another floor to get ice.

We loved the treatment we received as soon as we arrived, the front desk staff was friendly and let us choose where we wanted our rooms and we could have them next to each other as we requested. Rooms were clean and spacious, and breakfast was really good too. The whole staff was friendly, front desk, housekeeping and kitchen staff made us feel welcomed.

The fact that there weren’t any stores around the building, but we didn’t mind drive a little bit to get something and also made our nights quiet.

It's was located in the perfect place for the activities we had planned. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. All repairs and problems with the room were fixed fast.

It would have been nice to have more of a variety in the breakfast options. Also, a few of the outside door locking features were not working properly. The laundry facilities are also in need of an upgrade. I spent almost 2 hours and about ten dollars trying to dry our clothes.

The staff was very attentive and friendly. The breakfast choices are delicious. There was a variety to choose from every morning. The facilities are clean. I especially enjoyed having coffee at night before bedtime and hanging out with friends.

We had a dog issue with barking, I did bring it to the attention of the front desk. The situation was handled and I'm very satisfied. I will definitely chose this hotel when I visit San Antonio again for Fiesta

Walter and and all the employees were just awesomely amazing! "B" was the best breakfast lady ever! The food was great! The room was nice and spacious. It was in a very convenient location, only 10 min from the Riverwalk and 30 min from Schliterbahn and all the cool stuff in New Braunfels .. great price for an extremely nice and clean hotel. Will definitely be going back in the future

Hotel is conveniently located off the interstate with easy access, the room was clean and new, spacious, bed comfortable, air conditioning quiet and worked well. Everything was clean, hotel staff helpful and pleasant, breakfast was actually very good, and price was less than we expected. There's a big lovely tree by the entrance and it was filled with singing birds! Altogether a very enjoyable stay.

There really was nothing to improve.

Patrick was very nice. I had a bad experience across the street and was very tired from traveling. He made check-in painless. Ash at the front desk in the a.m. was polite and friendly as well. Nice facilities. Easy to get to room and amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable and linens were fresh. Breakfast was free and basic but at least had hot food and good coffee. Full size apartment refrigerator and 2 microwaves(?) In room.

The filters on the a/c were filthy. Several surfaces had a lot of dust and buildup. Mold under the sink area was heavy. The refrigerator needed a cleaning as well. I understand that staffing and time spent in rooms for housekeeping is limited but with less guests you should focus on these areas. Parking and entrances not ideal but better than most in the area. No coffee maker in room. TV was difficult to figure out and had no service on most channels.
