Couldn’t do the one part of review. Can’t find my business card but the guy was overly helpful. I brought an elderly deaf person, he went out of his way to help me figure out what to do and how to get there. He is unbelievable and I do hope he gets a “at a BOY”. I observed his behavior and helpfulness with other people who had handicapped people and was caring and completely available. I was office manager for years and I hope you’ll know people like him are hard to find, and keep. Can’t even express how wonderful he was to us over all.

I did not find anything to complain about and plan to be back soon.

The hotel staff went above and beyond. I was a little worried when we checked in because this hotel was much more outdated than the other holiday inns that we have been to and it seemed to be in the middle of nowhere but it turned out to be a very pleasant stay. One man even searched for me some electric tape when I was working on the car in the parking lot and brought it out to us, that may seem small but It was nice to know they actually cared about us and making things easier. Even the workers replacing windows offered to help us while working on the car. And it was surprisingly close to everything we were doing. Not walking distance but we didn't drive far.

The hotel was a bit outdated. They were working to do updates. They were working on the windows around us and my son missed a couple naps so that was annoying but I understand.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious for our family. Loved that they cleaned the room daily. In house toiletries were Dove products. Breakfast had a variety of items even for the pickiest of eaters. The pool was not freezing.

The coffee creamer had expired in June. I’m aware this may sound insignificant but may family and I are hard core coffee drinkers. The cream curdled the coffee. Management finally changed after three days of complaints. This was the only complaint we had with our stay.

We stayed in room 110 and it was very clean it really exceeded our expectations whoever is doing the cleaning does an excellent job! Location of the hotel was kinda tricky as we first had a hard time finding the entrance due to road construction. We absolutely loved that the room had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion dispensers.

Everything was wonderful. The rooms were big, the pool was nice, the music from the bar across the street was awesome!! The river walk was close enough to walk to so that was nice!!

The only complaint was that the washer did not work, and the elevator took forever, we had to take the stairs most of the time.

Very good breakfast but was very packed due to it being spring break. Rooms were spacious for a family of 1 adult and 3 kids.

Door didn’t open correctly and had to ask for key reset a couple times and help opening it, very inconvenient when coming in with a whole bunch of tired kids. A bit pricey compared to the area we stayed at.

It was clean close to downtown and the staff were nice.

The only thing wrong was some of the outlets didn't work to charge my phone and our clock in there didn't work at all. But other than that it was a great stay. Will stay there again. Just would have liked to check in a little sooner. Than the normal check in time.

the suite was really large - a living area, a central bathroom/washing/kitchenette, and then the beds in a third space. It was roomy and comfortable, and the breakfast was really good. The staff was lovely. There was also housecleaning service every day, which I don't think I've seen in three years. It was great.

The bed was comfortable, the fridge was ice cold, the room was spacious and the staff was super helpful.

The shade in our room did not function (could not raise it), the tub dripped constantly and our room was not cleaned when promised. We had to ask for them to change out the towels.

I have stayed several times in this hotel and the very first one was more than 10 years ago and it always has everything clean good service. Excellent for family travel.

The price for one night was a little bit high $204 there’s closer to river walk for that price only reason I like is the sofa bed with door to living room. I never eat in hotels so they should charge that aside and make discounts for people who will not eat the breakfast.
