Mint House Dallas - Downtown

Large, splendid ultra modern room with amazing view. I felt like I was in an episode of Succession. Very clean, quiet and secure. Probably better suited to business travellers than holiday makers. Downtown location is excellent and several eateries close by.

Booked this last minute and very late at night when our flight was delayed forcing a Dallas stopover. Hotel is very tech driven and the online check-in required scanning passport and verifying credit card details even though Booking.com would have alredy paid them. I wasn't entirely happy with this level of digiatal data capture. The hotel is on the 49th floor of an office building so entry after midnight was a bit eery, although the security guard explained how to reach our floor and enter the passcode for our room (he could not leave his desk to go with us). So rather an unwelcoming start.

Luxury accommodations, huge bathroom, exceptional location and downtown view, well-appointed with amenities — full kitchen with appliances and washer/dryer, personable on-site staff.

Requires a level of tech-savviness that may not be for every guest, plus uncommonly quirky elevator system and parking access can make entry and exit reasonably inconvenient depending on your personal travel circumstances.

The property was so beautiful and clean and comfortable!

the only problem was the party on 48 floor from 7pm till 1am. The club is right under the room and it was so loud that I even couldn’t watch tv. the walls were shaking because of the bass and I heard every song and every word. Thank god it was good music. Manager said that they are allowed to party with loud music till 2 am.

The property is absolutely beautiful and chic, a safe haven in the middle of the city. The bed is very comfortable, the shower is really really lovely. The location is close to everything and while Dallas isn't very walkable, it takes up to 10 minutes by car to get pretty much anywhere. It's close to lots of restaurants and public transit. The hotel has an arrangement with a nearby parking facility, if you've made it to the correct facility it's a pretty good deal (I did not, but I found something else that suited my needs).

Honestly, I feel like I spent most of my time at Mint House trying to figure out the facilities and how to get in and out of the building and the parking lot. The accessibility and record of how to get around the place leave a lot to be desired, and it's all the more frustrating when it's so hot out and I can't find adequate assistance to actually get inside.

Great location with tons of restaurants and city hot spots within walking distance. The hotel is on the 48th-50th floor of the tower so the views of the city are breathtaking, no matter where your room is. All of the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. Very clean rooms and convenient on-site parking. Coffee/ brunch place and lounge/ bar in the building were really great too and provided a feeling like, everything we could need could be found on-site. The rooms were spacious and so comfortable, we opted to just stay in and have food delivered so we could relax and enjoy the room instead of run around the city. I have already and will continue to highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique experience in Dallas.

Restaurant downstairs was good, and the views were excellent from the hotel. The building is excellent and location for us was very convenient.

If you like the tower club and getting a couple drinks, then this stay puts you right next to it. Unfortunately our room was directly above this location so we did have the music going til 11pm. That's not a big problem, considering it was only Fri evening. The rest of the stay was excellent and that was just a minor disturbance, but that's the nature of staying downtown.

Mint House was in the perfect location near everything for a getaway. Very upscale feel and secure. The view is ahhhhhmazing!! The room is clean with a comfy bed and all the amenities needed for a home away from home. The staff from the customer service line to the staff on-site was awesome as well. I cannot wait to stay again.

We had a 16h stopover on the way from Berlin to Oaxaca and decided to explore downtown Dallas, so Mint House was an obvious choice for us. Very impressive view, friendly and helpful staff and plenty of very decent restaurants and shopping opportunities literlly around the corner

Although its situated on 48th and 49th floor, you could hear the hustle and bustle from below until late at night, but I guess thats to be expected when you book a room in the city center. View in the morning and comfy bed definitely made up for it :)
