The location was very convenient! Roof top pool is amazing, however majority of the hotels we’ve previously stayed at close their pool at 11pm. 10 pm pool closing felt like we were in a rush to swim so get there early !

Maintenance staff! We called to have someone look at our toilet because it wasn’t flushing due to the water tank taking forever to fill up. After an hour someone came to our room to check it out. It wasn’t a plunging issue so maintenance literally flushed the toilet and walked out didn’t even open the back tank to see what was happening and since it had already filled up by the time they got there he flushed it and he walked out. Every time we used the bathroom we had to wait 10-15 minutes for the water tank to fill back up before reusing it.

Booking.com had the pictures of the room mixed up. So when I thought I paid for a superior king room with a separate living area, the hotel informed me that I did not. The separate living room is only in the king room suites, which were not listed on the site at all. However, Jay was so patient and handled this issue great! He was fair with his decisions to change our room and helped to make our stay wonderful! Our flight was early so we were able to do an early check in for a minimal amount.The restaurant staff I great and the food is good. I like that the hotel informa of you things when you get there. The pool was not open, the gym is 24 hrs and it was clean. The cleaning is upon request but everything was very easy to get if needed. The location is great. Walking distance to many restaurants and sites in area.

Large room and good location. Check in was easy. The pool looked good - but was a little chilly and not heated.

Bed was not as comfy as others I've had in hotels. Heated pool could have been good given time of year.

Roof top pool was so nice! Views were lovely! Room was huge, bathroom a good size. Bed was super comfy and a good size. Staff are friendly! Little shop is conveniently priced. The breakfast in the Elm & casket is really well priced and great portions! Hotel is in a great location downtown.

Parking is pricey so we just pulled up, took out our stuff, which they were super nice about, and then parked in a garage about 2 mins walk away which was $20. There is one right next door to the hotel for $17 which we saw after, a couple of mins research on google maps will help!

The staff was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Needed an early check-in, and it wasn't a problem at all. In fact, we were given a great room with an amazing view! The roof pool was nice. We had an awesome stay.

There wasn't enough shade on the pool deck for us and other guests. Only 3 umbrella tables available. We were extremely hot in the water, and the pool felt soupy and looked murky. Short swim. Ice machine was broken on our floor.

It was close to lots of places to eat and you could walk to bars too. The room was very spacious and comfortable. It was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The valet staff was very prompt and friendly.

I didn't like that the only choice is for parking or a parking garage that charged and valet for $45 a day. But the valet was quick and very friendly.

Good location for a short trip to Dallas to attend a concert. Bars and restaurants within walking distance - as is the Perot Museum. Conveniently close to tram lines. Accommodations were clean and comfortable.

The hotel restaurant was not open during our stay, other than on the Tuesday night when we were out for the concert anyway, so we had to find alternative places to eat. Breakfast was available, however.

Very plush comfortable hotel. It's location is superb - a 10 minute walk to Dealey Plaza and the Dallas Aquarium. Lots and lots of places to eat and drink very close by. It has it's own bar and restaurant, I did not eat there but had a couple of drinks, very nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
