I loved how our stay felt like home. If I needed something, staff right away got it for me. A big shout out to Sharon. She was amazing! As well as the cleaning staff. The dryer was not working and Sharon offered the hotels dryer for FREE! If I needed more towels staff right away got me more towels. This is definitely a nice place to stay at. When we come to texas again on vacation I will be booking here! Walmart was close by, so many stores close by, walking distance! I loved that as well!

I didn’t like how I had some extra charges made from my stay but it was corrected right away and my money was deposited back into my account right away. I made a reservation online but hotel could not find my reservation, staff made a new reservation for me over the phone, I was charged my stay but also charged the online reservation. There was a mistake in the system but I got my money back. The pool was not available, water was green. Disappointed my family was not able to use the pool but there were some places close by our kids were able to get wet at and for free. (Splash pod)

Staff was friendly and professional . When I informed staff that AC was not working they moved me to a new room. Clean rooms easy access to my function.

Air conditioner did not work in first room The next room they moved me to was very nice but it did not have a security lock on door which made me uncomfortable. There was a bit of loud bang every now and then. I thought maybe doors slamming or elevator.

The breakfast had no options for vegetarian and lactose intolerant guests. I had dry toast for one day. When I met Melba and told her she had scrambled eggs the next morning and bananas out, that was all I needed! I would recommend fruit, nut spread in addition to butter and cream cheese.

The TV didn't work, toilet wasnt in good shape. We did have a wonderful stay and wonderful people helping us! Awesome staff and breakfast!

Tv wasn' t working or directions weren't clear. Toilet in room didnt flus appropriately.

The a/c worked real good!! The shower was ok.

I had ask for a handicapped room bbut got one really far from the elevator. I am handicapped and hard for me to walk any distance. Was hardly any toilet paper in the room. Bed was hard and a little high for me to get into. The coffee maker in the room hadnt been cleaned in a while as there was mildew in the coffee holder.

Easiest and best check and I never had. Staff was very attentive and absolutely nice. Rooms and pool were clean. Breakfast was amazing!

The size of the room was perfect, the hotel was quiet during our stay, and the location is fine considering Bay City is a small town and everything is near by.

I can’t complain about anything that isn’t due to Covid.

Location, staff, pricing, clean room with all we needed.

Shower needed a new floor, had a puncture that was only filled with grout.
