Comfort Inn & Suites Rogersville

The room was nice and clean. The staff was attentive when asked for something. The staff was also very friendly. The beds was comfy abit too firm maybe. But they made up with the pillows. We had a king room with the safe. Chair and ottoman was great to have in the room as well. Room was very spacious. Black out curtains was nice too. Plenty of outlets for things. Breakfast was nice. Hot bar. Sausage links, scrambled eggs, and home fries. Coffee, (oatmeal, grits, (packaged dry mix) toaster, waffle maker, bagels, toast, cereal, adequate seating and tables. Mini fridge and microwave was clean. Location is awesome and convenient.

The toilet was low to the ground. The tub was extremely slippery as you're getting in and out. The pool was closed in August 🤬! Ugh. No ventilation in the bathroom. Wifi access was very limited. Is "renovating". Didn't know I had to pay extra for a safe we didn't use. The pool was closed. In August! 90° weather. I know I mentioned it twice. It was really irritating. I wanted to swim. Also, a cricket was camping out in the woman's bathroom by the elevators.

Bed is comfortable and sheets are crisp and clean. Room is spacious. Bathroom is clean. Breakfast was good. Convenient location. I needed to print something and was happy there is a business center with a printer right in the lobby. Cell tower close by so my wi-fi hot spot had no issues.

Let's face it, it's an older hotel so the room has a bit of a musty odor. I kept the ac unit on and didn't really have an issue with that. The carpet was clean. We enjoyed our stay, even though this hotel is older.

The room was well decorated and comfortable my bed was very comfortable with excellent quality bedding. It was very nice to have coffee available in the very early morning as I am an early riser. Also the staff at the front desk was very helpful with a few requests that I had. Definitely would stay again when I am in the area

My room had a slight odor. This probably was because someone smoked in it at one point. Other than that I really felt like everything was quite nice.

The breakfast was great. Plenty to choose from. Good variety.

The asking for a $150.00 cash deposit when we checked in. That was not expected. I had to ask for it back when we checked out.

All the staff except the manager are super friendly. They went above and beyond for us during our stay.

There was a mixup with cancelling an additional room and it ended our stay a day early. We were very forgiving about it but the manager was rude and very abrupt. Maybe his employees could give him a few lessons on customer service....

Peaceful place to stay. Breakfast was good. And pretty close to the places I wanted to visit there. Receptionist was helpful when key card stopped working.

Fitness center wasn't 24 hour so I missed the chance to try it. I didn't find the bed the most comfortable, but that might just be personal preference.

Only thing I saw bad wS bed skirt was dirty up by the geadboard.couod see it hadn't been changed in awhile.had hair all over it.otherwis3 very clean.we were here a year ago and pool still not fixed.need to fix and reopen the pool.ty

Coffee and apple juice were good. Asked for total handicap room and received same. Bed was comfortable

Danish was pre-packaged and horrible, orange juice was just water, had to request more towels, did not empty trash, said they were too busy - we had to empty our own trash, they only make the bed every 3 days, so we had to make our own bed. They had an envelope on the credenza that asked for a tip, but did nothing to receive a tip. These things are usually given when you rent a hotel room - paid over $315.00 for 3 days, but the location is what we needed.

I booked this place because the site advertised a pool....the pool has been down for months. Cost was a little pricey compared to the place we stayed before and after this place...and their pools were in working order. Front desk girl when checking in seemed very, very young and not so friendly

The piped in music though very low was never shut down and could be heard in our room Though we appreciate breakfast, it was a vending machine venue but the items were in a refrigerator or out on the table. A muffin or bread or bagel you can toast would have been nice. There was a sausage muffin but no eggs, yuck! They should change your towels every other day
