We loved this property. It wasn’t exactly anything special but was very clean, recently updated, and for us the location was fabulous. It was close enough to downtown that we were able to walk almost everywhere in Gatlinburg, driving only to Pigeon Forge and the Arts and Crafts loop on the outskirts of town. We did do a LOT of walking however so may not be ideal for everyone. The staff was very friendly and we will definitely stay here again in the future.

Pillows could have been more comfortable maybe bring your own. Other than that no complaints.

The reception was like I was the most important guest! I’m 74 and travel alone! I hate check In but these 2 were great. They said, did you realize you booked a second floor room. We are sorry but we don’t have an elevator. I said, did you want to Upgrade me at no charge. It was 8:30. He looked and said, sure. We have a two an and not 2 dbl still available. So he gave me key for that. No ice machine but bagged me up ice. Better than the place i had to pay for ice! Gatlinburg is different! Then no coffee in room but keurig in reception. Fresh coffee, the best! Clean room and updated for sure. Black out SHADE! Loved it. I slept in , in morning, and could barely hear anything as guests left and cleaning began.

I like coffee in my room but if it has to be only in reception, then Keurig! Fresh! I’ll be back!

Great location-- 0.4 mile from center of the downtown. very quiet. Nice room---clean and comfortable. Water pressure of the show was strong which provided a restful night time rest. Staff were very friendly. It was exciting to see the black bear in the parking lot.

It was an older motel but it’s been renovated very nicely. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They work very hard to keep everything nice and clean. Other than the occasional road noise it was a very quiet stay. You’re in walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg and several eating establishments. Got to see bears when we checked in and when we checked out! It’s not a big budget hotel but it’s clean, updated and the price is extremely reasonable. I would recommend staying there.

The lobby/check in area is in great need of updating. Coffee machine in the room would be good.

you need to set your expectations: this is a classic motel, not a fancy hotel. the rooms were clean and updated, the beds were comfortable, the location is a short walk from the main strip, and the staff was friendly. the price was a great value for the area. these arent rooms to hang out in, they are for sleeping and cleaning up.

the tv wouldnt connect to the internet, but i think this was because i am bad with tech. i am sure the staff could have fixed it, but i didnt ask. the room was a little dim, it could have used a standing lamp in the corner.

Off the main drag but still close enough to walk to. Also great places to eat near by so you didn't have to fight the traffic.

Yall could use a couple snack machines least one and a ice machine. parking was a little tight where our room was. If not careful you would hit a little red pole when backing out.

Gatlinburg centre was very very busy so we were really pleased that we were slightly out of the hustle and bustle but in walkable distance of everything. The owners / staff were very friendly, open to answer and recommend any questions we had. The room was a good size but the bathroom a bit small, however the beds were very comfortable and really clean, the bedding was beautifully laundered. We cannot fault the stay for the money it cost us, great value. We were on a road trip which included 8 different hotels and this one was by far the best value for money.

The bathroom was small and there was no separate dressing table with mirror. Minor complaint really, it did not impact our stay. I don't think towels would have been changed had we not asked, but the staff were only too happy to give us fresh ones when we asked for them.

Very pleased with this hotel! Very clean, well stocked room, parking right at my door, exceptionally comfortable bed, just perfect. 1/2 the price of most nearby and just as good. No pool but who cares? I was traveling, not swimming. I appreciate a fair product at a very fair price. Wifi is great and the TV has endless channels, not to mention its a ROKU! Everything you want or need from Gatlinburg is within walking distance, easy in and out a huge plus!

Honestly, nothing!

This Inn is close to the downtown Gatlinburg area. So we didn't have to drive much. We just took the trolley (trolley stop in front of the Inn) or walked. It was super clean and the staff was really nice.

The beds were a little hard but by night two we got used to it. You also have to be careful and make sure the door locks. You almost have to slam it everytime. It opened once without the use of the key card which was unsettling the first night. Nothing was stolen thankfully.

I am a hotel snob! Our plans changed last minute so we decided to stay one night in Gatlinburg before moving into our other hotel in Pigeon Forge. I came upon this place with excellent reviews. WOW! It was nothing spectacular, but exceeded my expectations!! The man at check in was excellent! Upon opening the hotel door I could immediately tell that it smelled extra clean. If you want a clean,quiet place to lay your head and shower, don't look any further. This is the one! INCREDIBLE VALUE
