The staff was exceptional. Greg, who runs the office was outside every morning to great everyone. His Jamaican accent is a bonus. He gave us great advice and made sure we had everything we needed. There was a beautiful little stream ran right outside the little deck. And the beds were mostly comfortable I have ever slept in. We will definitely stay again.
Our room was a little small. No room for table.. there was a tiny vanity. Definitely rent a bigger room if you have children. There were a few dead bugs behind the nightstand.. But all in all it it was a good deal.

It is a mom and pop type of older motel. Unassuming and basic, clean, and the mattress was great (I have back issues and I slept wonderfully). Best of all is that every room has a balcony looking over a rushing creek. I loved hearing the water. I would stay there again. Price was right.
There are stones that are barriers between the parking lot and the ground floor rooms. You have to walk around if you are a senior like me, even if you parked in front of your room. Easy to slide off a rock. There are occasional paths, but they are right in front and in the middle of parking spots so they are useless. I didn't have to walk too far, but it was aggravating since I parked in front of my room. This won't bother most people. I would still stay there again.

The Roaring Fork Creek behind our room that we could enjoy on our patio was awesome. Room was comfortable and beds were actually pretty decent for a hotel. Hotel was right before the Gatlinburg strip so everything pretty much was within walking distance. Staff was super nice and anything we needed we were given. Easy access for parking and getting to the rooms. You couldn't hear much inside the hotel room even though it was full capacity. So with having loud kids with us that was a plus. Price was amazing for a 5 night stay during Spring Break right on the strip. Rooms were clean except for a few spider webs on the ceilings but that didnt worry me bc its off a creek in a woodsy area behind it so its expected. There was a microwave and a small fridge/freezer. Water pressure was a little low in the shower but also to be expected in the mountains.
Honestly the only thing I didnt like was there wasnt breakfast 😅 and it would be nice if the windows would have opened so you could enjoy the breeze and sound of the creek without keeping the door open for bugs to join u on your stay. The bigger rooms do have patio doors with screens i believe and that's the room we will stay in next time. But overall I loved staying there.

For the money, this place was awesome! Loved the mountain stream and balcony! Very clean, updated bathroom. Not a lot of extras - no luggage rack or closet/coat hooks, but again, not what we paid for. Within walking distance of downtown but also a little off beaten path. Staff was friendly, asked for extra coffee/towels/laundry bag and we were taken care of with "you're welcome."
Bed wasn't the most comfy, seemed to have a dip towards the middle of room by the light switch so i slept on other side.

The location was within walkable distance of the main road of Gatlinburg which was convenient as parking in Gatlinburg is expensive We liked the creek next to the balcony Regarding the good price of the room it was a good deal
The room could have been cleaner; when we entered there was a trash bag in the middle of the room that the person cleaning the room had probably forgotten. The bathroom was clean but generally, a little bit more cleaning effort would enhance the experience in the room The beds were a little soft but this is, of course, up to one's personal taste

Very good location, walkable from all the main Gatlinburg downtown area, yet a bit secluded from the crowd. Good value for money. Nice staff. The creek behind the rooms are awesome ambience. You could sit there and watch the creek for hours. Bathrooms were remodeled in our room. Service was good, they replaced towels and coffee every two days.
Carpets are not that clean and very dusty. I couldn't take off my shoes the entire time.

We stayed here on quick a stop to break up our trip to Florida. For the money and what we needed it for, it was perfect. Clean room. The beds were comfortable. The view and sound of the creek was great. Friendly and helpful staff. I read on some reviews that the water pressure in the shower was bad, but we didn’t have that experience. We would stay here again and recommend it to friends.
Not much we didn’t like. It’s a ‘no frills’ hotel. No breakfast. No extra amenities, but that didn’t bother us. It was perfect and very worth bd price for a short stop while traveling.

Super friendly staff. Very helpful & accommodating. The creek behind the property under the balcony was nice. It could be within walking distance to all the attractions but it was extremely cold so that was not an option. We would def stay there again. Very reasonably priced. I don’t see paying tons for a room if your only sleeping there. As long as it is clean and we have what we need as far as towels, toilet paper, etc. I’m good!
Just a little furthers from the attractions and too cold to walk. Not the property’s fault by any means!!

Loved the location and the balcony that had a creek running behind it! saw a bear and a groundhog.
the beds are a little to high for me. also, on day three we asked for extra wash cloths. the night shift clerk (didn’t get his name) was very rude. he told me that our room had already been cleaned for the day. I explained that there were three of us and only one wash cloth had been left. he gave me two more but wasn’t happy about it! other than that everything was great!

Beautiful budget stay! The location is on the very back of a side street next to a creek. It is a very short drive to Gatlinburg and people who enjoy walking would have no problem with the distance to attractions. The room and bathroom were very clean. The beds were comfy, we bring our own pillows. TV has minimal channels but I wasn’t there to watch TV. When in our room we spent our time on the balcony overlooking the creek. At night it was gorgeous as the balcony has lights that slowly fade to different colors and reflects on the creek. We really were hoping for a clean quiet stay and were pleasantly surprised. We only dealt with staff at check-in and she was super friendly and helpful.
I have no actual complaints that would prevent me from staying here again. But, I have extremely long hair and there is nearly no water pressure. Shampooing will take a while!
