The Westin Chattanooga

Rooms were very spacious, clean and beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Location was great... you could walk to near by places. I'll definitely be coming back. This is my choice of Hotels from now on. Front desk and all other staff members were friendly and professional. I Love That!!

The pillows were a Lil worn... not comfortable at all. No microwave in room which that's understandable but at least have one on each floor for guests to use. You pay too much money for either of these issues.

Absolutely fantastic location for dining and exploring downtown Chatt by foot! We will be long time guests for years to come anytime we visit Chattanooga. The hotel itself is beyond clean and comfortable, but the staff are what makes this location a true winner. From Sunny at the front desk, to every valet attendant and bellman, to Kat upstairs at Tapas, we were spoiled the entire trip with top notch customer service and sincere friendliness. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the pool was spotlessly clean and warm, and the food at all 3 of the property’s restaurants was worth every penny. LOVE the Westin.

The marketplace was very convenient having in the hotel. The beds were comfortable and loved the ceiling to floor windows. It was a great location for us and everyone was so nice and helpful!

The restaurant for breakfast was a little chaotic and took a long time for service. Once we did receive, my bagel had green spots on it which I wasn’t hungry for anymore after that. So many other people were already complaining about their orders I just let it go.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They helped us with any issue we had. Initially, it appeared that we were only going to receive one breakfast, but when we told them we thought we had paid for breakfast the entire time, they made it right. They always greeted us, the restaurant staff were very kind, and just an overall friendly, respectful vibe.

Their Peloton bike wasn't in good condition, but that's hardly a major thing.

It was walking distance from the aquarium. So quiet. Staff was always very friendly and helpful with a smile.

The only thing I can think of is they didn't use trash bags in the garbage bins. Weird and gross with two females. I had to use a bag that I had brought in snacks in.

The staff and property overall are wonderful. We frequent Chattanooga as a quick dog friendly getaway from Atlanta.

The music in the common areas, the restaurant, bar and outdoor areas is absolutely horrible and too loud. Seemed to cater more to 20 something age group. We were really looking forward to relaxing in the evening on the outdoor space off the lobby but just couldn't have a relaxing conversation with the awful music mix. It appeared we were not alone as several guests agreed including staff. When we brought it up to the staff, it seems to be a very common complaint and unfortunately they have no control over it. Suggest a softer light jazz mix. This change would make it a 10+.

Location great, lovely atmosphere ,clean rooms, reasonable valet parking, liked the elevators and design of lobby.

We had to wait long time for the breakfast we ordered. People were leaving the restaurant as they were tired of waiting. Restaurant across the street had much quicker service.

Everything was clean! Food was delicious! Staff was wonderful! The best view in Chattanooga! Valet parking - trustworthy and timely! Loved this hotel! I'm going back! :)

No microwaves in the rooms. You have to get the front desk staff to heat your food up if you need to warm food if you have leftovers from the restaurant.

Both breakfast and poolside snacks were awesome. Our server at breakfast was amazing! Valet staff and luggage assistance was outstanding! I also loved the private cabanas at the pool 😊

The only thing I didn’t care for was the parking. I didn’t like not having access to my vehicle for items I forgot to bring in. However, your valet staff did retrieve them for me.

the workers are so sweet, we had a great bed and the room was the perfect size for what we needed. great restaurants on site helped minimize us needing to go anywhere at 8 hour drive.

the cards for the rooms would stop working or not work right off the bat which was hard to deal with while dealing with a baby.
