North Beach Resort & Villas

It was very convenient to everything.

I have been to this resort before and that’s why I went back. I took my family with me this stay and was disappointed with our 3 bedroom condo. Dishwasher did not work. Couch, and floor were dirty. Had to get maintenance to come fix our balcony doors because they would not lock. We drove an oversized SUV so I parked my SUV in oversize parking, I received 2 warning tickets. I spoke to the manager and she said I was the third person to come in the office about getting a ticket. She assured me that I could park there. The manager was super nice and accommodated us. I will consider going back because of her.

This place was exceptional! I really could not think of a bad thing to say about it. We had a terrible experience at another hotel, went to North Beach- it exceeded our expectations so much- we stayed an extra night! It was absolutely convenient to EVERYTHING! Food, shopping, beach, views were beautiful. Family friendly, we took children- indoor pools were open- OUTDOOR pool was open- and heated! As well as hot tubs! This is that hidden gem you want to tell everyone about; but you also don’t want to! AMAZING! Just book it!!!

From the moment I arrived on the resort I was so impressed by the upkeep of the property. Check-in was easy/fast & the staff very friendly. Going to the Jasmine Tower I felt like I was somewhere tropical. We had the 2 bedroom(I rented two of them) and I was so surprised at how beautiful the hallway was & more impressed with how beautiful the rooms were. The view from the balcony absolutely breathtaking. I brought my 80-81 yr old parents with me & my Mom gets around very well for her age but my Dad not so much & he took a little fall at the pool & I say little only bc he was trying to stop for a moment to rest and went to sit but didn’t realize it was the back end of the lounge chair. Before I knew it staff ran to him and even a guest to help my Dad up. From that moment on when we came to the pool Isaiah and other staff were eager to help us with him. My heart was overjoyed with the amount of hospitality we received. So a big THANK YOU!!!! I truly can’t wait to visit again. It’s such a gem!!

The only thing I can say is that it would be nice if there were some wheelchairs on site

We absolutely loved our room. It was a whole apartment! We didn't expect that at all. It had everything from kitchen, laundry, bathroom living room, dining room and bedroom. And an awesome balcony with a gorgeous view of the beach! The staff is so awesome and ordered from the NY Pizza spot almost every night; such good food! There are several pools to accommodate adults and kids. The water was the perfect temperature. Drinks were delicious at the bar! We had such a great time and stay. We'll definitely go back to this hotel, maybe even rent a villa this time around.

The only thing that we found a little uncomfortable were the beds because they were spring mattresses. But it wasn't that bad honestly. There were plenty of pillows so that made it cozy lol

Me , my wife, and our 3 sons stayed here for 3 nights 4 days. Wish we could've permanently moved in. This place exceeded our expectations. Our 2 bedrooms were huge!! We could've had 2 more people with us, and it still would've been more than enough room. Excellent location! Getting to the beach was so easy and hassle free. The entry to the beach was in the pool area. So, transitioning from the pool to the beach and back was simple enough. Would recommend 10 out of 10. This is now our permanent beach vacation spot!!

Parking was a little overwhelming. All the accommodations and how clean and big the rooms are make up for it tho.

The location, on the beach and very nice resort with several pool options.

I didn't receive the room that I paid for, paid for oceanfront received oceanview. If booking with 3rd party be aware of this issue. Informed a staff member, and was told all views were oceanfront, not true. I felt like the staff member was not experienced, my credit card was swiped 5 times with the same answer......computer issues. I didn't want to spoil my family vacation with my grandkids, so I stayed at the resort. I would like to get to the bottom of the real problem, why pay for something that I didn't receive.

Had a great time in North beach resort & villas. We stayed in one of the villas. I was very pretty. We had the chance to do early check in which was a big plus. Staff was super nice. Easy check In-N-Out. I believe the best part of our stay had to be the pool area. It was so beautiful, especially the walk in pool bar! Can’t forget the fireplace we got to enjoy at the end of our night.

The only thing negativeI have to say, was that our villa smelled like cigarettes and unfortunately, the last night we saw a cockroach bug in the middle of the night in kitchen area . Oh yeah the shuttle took forever and we just end up driving back and forward.

The view as always was amazing, the pools, hot tubs, clean. Only thing was couple ducks in main pool (but was to cold for us) I am sure they are not the main attraction during season. even with it being early March, the grounds, pool, access walkways to the beach were all very well taken care of. I can't say anything negative about our stay here. The view at night from the 9th Floor Indigo was wonderful.

The price even though it was high for what I considered non peak season. We used to stay here most summers but as time changed, crowds changed, got a little older, had to find new place, but close by.

My family loved the open room floor plan with a beautiful view of the beach. We also loved that there were 2 bedrooms with the same view. It was very relaxing to wake up to the ocean. My mom and my sister were impressed by all of the amenities. My nephew and his friend were excited about the restaurant and the choices of pools, while my niece enjoyed the proximity and the accessibility of the beach with her twins. The staff was wonderful.

We loved everything! No complaints!

I really liked the hotel, the water park was super nice and the facilities were beautiful.

Everything was good the only bad thing was that they don't sell food only on the third floor and it's only pizza but downstairs in the pool area they only sell drinks and to eat you have to leave the area and they don't allow coolers either but I can handle that but the thing is The comfort was yes it was uncomfortable having to go to the third floor and eat there or in the room
