The hotel it self is nice, very spacious plenty of pools. Nice staff bed was very comfortable despite the bed bites.

The first night I got bite by something in the sheets. It started on my foot. Total of 5-6 bites. I woke up and went downstaris and told the receptionist she was super nice about it. Called maintenance who checked the room and they changed all the beding in the room but I was told nothing was found, they won't take anything off the price when I clearly had big red spots that were not there before I arrived. I was given $50 hotel credit to use at the restaurant. Something was there because the next night nothing bite me at all. That was biggest done fall of the trip. The area to check can be confusing they don't have clear signage to help when you are checking in late.

Our room was an ocean view and excellent. Very clean. Liked the lazy river pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor area before walking down the steps to the beach. Perhaps I missed it, but I didn't see a ramp to the sand/beach area. While I can walk steps, slowly, a ramp would have been better. Everyone was so helpful, guest services, security in garage.

The parking. Sometimes easy, sometimes took 30 minutes to find a spot. I think it would be easier if those people in Tower 2 could park always in Tower 2, for example, and that was us. Not a major inconvenience, but a small one.

Great facility in all, especially for the price/location. Suites were well provided with dishes and cooking utensils which was very AWESOME! Nice big TVs in the living area and bedrooms. Very clean facility, friendly staff too. Right on (or in the case of tower 4, near) the beach. We did not have a problem with parking but it was not the weekend. Suggest pulling into Tower 1/2 (beach side) and driving around a bit - there always seemed to be one or two vacant spots (late October). The spaces are pretty tight. We didn't get much pressure to attend a sales presentation to get our wristbands. We just told the rep "We aren't interested in free things" and he pretty much handed them to us. Silly that you have to check in at two places. But it is a time-share resort and that's their bread and butter. We were never solicited again.

Not a lot of activities except for exercise classes (we were lazy!) - Magic show was canceled last minute which was a disappointment. Our two-room suite (523) had REALLY loud bathroom fans that needed to be replaced. Minor issues really.

We weren't on the beach but we were able to see and hear the ocean. Room was nice and clean. The communication through text was nice and convenient with speedy response. Overall a nice hidden gem on the north side.

I hate there was not enough activities on and off the resort for families. Majority of the good activities were too far to drive. Wish there were more options for tv channels. Would be nice to have a dvd library since there's a DVD player in room. Also hate that the bar closed at 8pm when was told 9pm.

We love the Wyndham resort. It’s clean , safe and staff are friendly and helpful. The property has tons of amenities and the beach is fantastic. Very relaxing and family friendly.

The parking could be better but not but not bad enough to keep us from returning every summer.

The room was spacious and clean. The pool area was very nice and I like that they had a garage for parking. I love the resort it was great and the bed was very comfortable.

I wanted ocean front but it was great either way. The staff was good. I had a little problem as far as the staff with charging the wrong card but they got it straight.

Staff was very nice, Hannah was very helpful during our stay, Place was huge, Super fancy, everything you could expect and then even more, Representative that conducted Josephine Prater sales presentation was super nice, polite, not pushey. You know the way you wished all time share people would act, and she stayed with what we was told, 90 minutes not one minute over. Anything you needed during our stay, it instantly appeared outside our door, it was worth every penny of money we spent.

Worst WiFi I’ve ever had at a hotel. Signs said the check-in process was at one tower when it was actually another tower. Check-in process was too long. Checked in at one location and then had to go to another location to get a resort bracket but the real reason for this was to try to sell nights at a reduction if you took a 2 hour tour for a time share.

We loved everything!! Super location, super clean. Quite and convenient. Easy parking. Huge rooms. Pool/spa was open 24/7.

The restaurant/bar could be open later in the off seasons. Also when booking through booking.com, we ordered an ocean front. Upon arrival we only received a side ocean view room. The room was amazing, but a little disappointed because we could not see the sunrise from our room. Could use a little better explanation when booking the room.

The unit was clean and spacious! The kitchen was well equipped with all essential needs! Parking in the garage was convenient as the elevators were close in proximity! The view from the balcony overlooking the pool was very nice and the kids loved sitting around the firepit roasting marshmallows!
