The staff were very welcoming. Our room was nice and cozy. We loved that it was right on the beach. The area was very quiet as well. We will definitely love to come back!

The hotel was undergoing many renovations so most areas were blocked off or unavailable. I do understand that renovations need to be done so I don’t really hold that against them. The staff did their best to make accommodations for these.

Hotel had food and we didn't even leave the hotel, it was great! weather was perfect, people were very nice. We will be coming back just a nice place to relax.

I wish you had the DJ's start later and play until 9-10pm, Not to many people around during the day to listen to them play a little later start would help. think about it. We'll still be coming back , Nice and relaxing feeling.

It’s such a nice hotel, I love the live music, the food, the staff are so so friendly and it’s so close to the beach!

It was nice, clean and comfortable.

For some reason we never got any service from the cleaning staff. No one ever knocked at our door for service. we had to go to them and take out our trash and thank goodness I brought my own wash clothes and bath towels. I spent $34 on breakfast and the chicken was burnt very bad. The kitchen did comp me $34 for the 2 adult breakfast. So I used it on our last day I ordered 2 sandwich’s and French toast that came with no meat or eggs the total was $28(2 sandwich’s =$16 and French toast was $12) however I still had to pay $8 for one of the sandwiches. I didn’t even say anything but come on really….

Bed was super comfy, location was great (right on the beach) close enough to ride down to Myrtle for attractions but far enough away for a less crowded relaxing stay.

House keeping was knocking on everyone's doors at 8-830 am even though check out was much later. It was rude and we could not sleep in at all. Also we found what appeared to be pubic hairs on the wall beside our shower. "City view" was another building and the roof of a smaller part of our hotel with the HVAC system. Also the room didn't have the complimentary shampoo conditioner and body wash in the shower that I am accustomed to so I had to buy some.

The line of safety tape on the slider that was right at eye level that forced me to either bend over or stand on tiptoes in order to enjoy the wonderful view. The wifi was terrible. Could have used some sort of a TV guide. All minor things.

Everyone was nice and friendly…. Clean rooms and price of food was very reasonable.

I arrived on a Tuesday and didn’t receive a wash cloth till Thursday night…hotel should have been prepared for guest with enough washcloths… it is hard to wash with a hand towel .

Beautiful! Private entrance to the beach from the hotel. Perfect! It was super clean. The staff made it enjoyable to stay. Barbara was one of the outstanding staff members that really made our stay amazing. Great job Barbara.

Very clean and reasonable price for a getaway weekend

Only thing I didn’t like check in was at 3 didn’t get our room till 6 pm and the called us to pay the hotel at 11 am even though it said pay at property other than that we made the best of it.

The breakfast was excellent but when we asked for our breakfast vouchers for triple A members, the desk clerk wasn’t going to give it to us initially. Both guests had triple A memberships and we showed our cards so he finally agreed to give us the vouchers. The food was good, plenty of it and served by excellent wait staff.

We asked for additional hangers when we arrived, never got them. Whenever we asked for items, we typically had to wait for them. It was annoying waiting for towels, wash cloths, garbage bags, etc. They were eventually delivered later in the day. Our AC went out and we had to call twice before someone came up to check it.
