Rooms were perfect..the ocean view was amazing..sitting on the balcony each night was so nice..the staff were very helpful and we enjoyed our stay very much. The pools were great too..the service of the valet staff were top notch!! I would def recommend this hotel !

An onsite restaurant would be great..even a area that had snacks etc.they had a bracg bar which was wonderful but a bit over priced.

Everything the room,staff,desk clerk, inside and outside,pool,parking deck, lights,smell,painting, flowers,the all around feel of the whole Hotel everyone was very friendly with smiles on there faces the whole time while we stayed

There was nothing I didn't like the others guess was friendly helping you with doors and bags saying hello and have a nice day you can just walk around the building knowing that you are safe while you enjoying you vacation

We had a wonderful stay the week of Thanksgiving! We loved that the heated pool and hot tub stayed open in the evening and made for some fun evenings with family.

Absolutely loved our stay and used a bellman to take our belongs to our room because we had six family members, and had quite a bit of belongings.There is no availability of carts unless you use the bellman.We gave a generous forty dollar tip so figured when we left we could get a cart and take our belongings down ourself...instead we had to make numerous trips because we again were not permitted a luggage rack and if you ask you're treated like a cheapskate! We paid 2700 to stay so that's not the case! Not cool!

Spacious apartment, ocean view, large tub/shower, wonderful staff, coffee maker in room, TVs and DVD players in bedroom and living room. Distance to beach was incredibly close and an easy walk. Excellent recommendations for food from employees. Property was quite clean. On site spa was the best we've ever experienced, and super professional.

Parking garage distance kind of sucked or pay 20 bucks a day to valet and they park in that same parking garage that is unmanned and not monitored. No real onsite options for food. No luggage carts available on arrival or departure. Apartment is a little dated, furniture wasn't very comfortable and was stained. Curtains were hard to open and close. Toilet stopped up easily.

The hotel was nice, it was one of the best looking hotels on Ocean Blvd. The rooms were clean and the views of the ocean from our ocean front suite was beautiful.

The parking garage was a nightmare. There were 3 hotels using the same garage, with only one way in and out. I didn't like walking through the hallways and seeing piles of wet towels and wash rags laying on the floor, or bags of trash laying around either.

Location is great, walk out to the pool area and can go straight onto to the beach! Pool area is quite big and well spaced out. The rooms are HUGE!! Amazing for people travelling together or families! Reception staff were lovely, we got to check in early which was amazing :) Crazy golf across the road from the hotel is free when you stay at the hotel. Great family fun! Over all I think this hotel is very good value for money! Crazy golf Beach Pool area Top golf 1 mile away. Also you have to visit Broadway on the beach, Food, Drinks and lots and lots of shops!! Definitely worth a visit :)

Parking across the road from the hotel, just don’t bring too much luggage. (Then again they do have a drop off and pick up outside the back of the hotel 15 min slots) Which I would recommend if you have more than one bag! We didn’t really understand the way the check in, then realised the front doors were not working so had to use side doors. Which this normally wouldn’t be a problem :)

The room was absolutely stunning and clean! My room was 2 bedroom and 2 bath. It had a view of the ocean from both bedrooms (side view but still amazing) and the living room (oceanfront).

The parking was across the street. If you have a large amount of luggage, it proves to be difficult. The parking, if you didn't use valet, was on the 4th floor and there was no luggage carriers. However if you utilize the valet, they will park your car and you can take out your luggage at the resort.

I've stayed at the Anderson Club before. I liked it but felt that it was in need of an upgrade. Anderson Club / Hilton was very nice. Room had been updated and it was very clean.

I never use the hotel body wash but this time I forgot my own. My room was completely out of the body wash. Didn't request any because we only stayed one night. Other than that it was great and I definitely would stay again.

The valet had brought our luggage into the room and was there when I fell apart. He was very kind and compassionate. Said they were sold out but would check on getting us moved to a different room the next day. His name was Joe and without his help our vacation would have been ruined. I was unaware that the room I booked was not oceanfront so that was my mistake. So thankful for the help Joe gave us. The facility was very nice

Our reservation was messed up due to an issue with their system. We had to pay another security deposit We waited almost 4 hours for our room to be ready. When we got there it was not oceanfront and was also a handicapped room which I did not book. I was recovering from major surgery and completely felll apart . Very tired and disappointed.

The location was perfect for all of the things we wanted to do. The room was clean and the view was amazing from the balcony! The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need and the bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept on away from home.

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, they said they'd text when it was ready but after an hour, we went back to the hotel to see what was going on and they gave us room keys but we never received any communication.
