Central location. The staff were the absolute greatest !!!

Room advertised for four people. However there was only one chair and not a single drawer so had to “live out of suitcases” for the week. Both of us are less than 5ft tall so had difficulties, but the staff provided a step stool which was a tremendous help. There was no brochure at checking that showed availability and location of facilities, e.g. I only discovered the hot tub the afternoon before we were scheduled to leave.

The location was awesome and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The daily breakfast was such a nice touch that set us up to start each day right! The outdoor pool was a hit with our son. He loved listening to the nightly music at the Hangout while enjoying a nighttime swim.

The beds weren’t as comfortable as we’d like, but that’s not unusual when traveling. The bathtub was a little strange with curved sides, making the flat part to stand on kind of narrow. But really, these are minor dislikes.

We liked all of the attractions around the hotel area and can't wait to go back for another visit/vacation.. My wife and I really enjoyed ourselves and also liked that it wasn't far from the beach.. Next time we're going to get a room on one of the upper floors to have a bit of a view hopefully.. Oh and breakfast each morning was a plus for me (wife doesn't do breakfast) along with the coffee and tea in the lobby.. Good visit=good vibes.. Thanks Hampton Inn!!

I can't think of any at the moment

Loved the location. Very convent to all the attractions at Broadway. The breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. I would recommend the Hampton Inn to anyone that is staying at Broadway at the Beach!

I didn't have any issues. The only thing I could recommend is to clean the indoor pool more often. This is not a deal breaker for me, some dirt/sand is to be expected by the beach.

The breakfast was amazing and gigantic. I traveled for work and I'd love to bring my family back here because the location is so amazing and next to everything!

While it was appreciated, the free Wi-fi was really really slow. It was easy to get a little bit lost because of all of the different entrances and lobbies.

Efficient and friendly check in. Received good information on surrounding activities.

Booking.com asked for preferences, which was the highest possible floor. Although reserved several weeks in advance, there were no available rooms that met that preference and we were on the 2nd floor, which is the entry level of the property.

The location was amazing. I couldn't have asked for better.

The mattress was very old, which made sleeping very uncomfortable. Both beds mattress tilted inward, so if that was your side of the bed, you were constantly trying not to slip off the bed. My son, who is 13, fell off in the middle of the night because the tilt was so bad.

The young guy at the front desk when I arrived was very welcoming and polite, the room with the view was great.

The "ol I hate my job " man working the front desk on night shift. He didn't give any problems but dag on that dude is a buzz kill, just no personality really. But for the most part he was ok but his characteristics were a disappointment after experiencing the young guy at the desk the afternoon I arrived.

Beautiful hotel with perfect location for the area. The desk staff was very helpful and kind. When I asked if Booking.com would adjust my price to the meet the price listed on the website, the gentleman told me unfortunately "no" but he did give me a nice upgrade with a beautiful view.

We like the location of the hotel and will continue to stay there on our next trip next summer

The only issue we had was that we had requested our room to have room service on one of the days we were there and when we returned our room had not been touch
