JoAnn was so welcoming and made us feel like family. The location was unbeatable, the amenities were great and we really appreciated the continued use of the facilities after check out. It allowed us to spend our last day kayaking and shower before the last ferry.
Our room had light coming in at night. Something to put over the door would be helpful.

Best part was it was right on the water . Private access to the beach which the sand was silky smooth . Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming !
Honestly the property itself was amazing , can’t really say anything negative about it . Just wish it was a little cheaper but I suppose that’s just todays economy we live in !

The breakfast was wonderful and plentiful and afternoon snacks and wine were great. The tables and chairs outside were very clean. The location was great with a wonderful views. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
The room was small. The beach area was close and easy to get to but it had a lot of seaweed.

location location location! lovely spot on the island! the staff set up a great breakfast, always smiling and helpful. Desiree ran a tight ship, but was so friendly and accommodating. She let us stay after checkout and use chairs and hang out on porch till our ferry time. we will be back!

Excellent location. Excellent management team: Gretchen and Scott. Very interested in ensuring guests get their needs met. Attentive without being intrusive. Seating outdoors and on the deck Views of harbor to the east and beaches and cliffs to the west. Spectacular!
Water pressure in shower was low. Think this was specific to our room, not whole property. Suggest replacement of shower head to help with situation. Chaise seat cushions: appeared dry but ended up having water go through pants. Would be nice to have pads that don't hold water.

Quant, comfortable, on the water, ideal setup for walking the beach, watching the sunrise in the morning. Enjoyed wine hour with fellow guests before we headed to dinner. View was spectacular! Could sit on the veranda for hours and listen to the waves roll in. Breakfast every morning was delicious too.
Condenser next to our room was a little noisy and prevented us from hearing the waves from our room.
