Sonder 655 Lofts0

I love this Sonder. I shop at the Aldi one block away. My daughter lives nearby. The apartment is beautiful. Facilities fantastic. Washer, dryer, fridge, ovens, dishwasher. All great. Nice sleeping area and nice bathroom.

Basically, the place was clean. But the prior occupant left some ugly marks on the walls in the bathroom that I had to clean up. Nice that the apartment had spray cleaner and paper towels, so it was not a big deal. Also, I had trouble getting the TV to work. Turns out I had used the wrong password for the internet (because I had previously stayed in the unit next door), so I could not cast Netflix, YouTube, etc. onto the screen. (There is no regular TV service.). My son finally stayed with me my last night and he was able to figure it out. I am sure Sonder personnel would have helped me sooner, but I was busy with other stuff and never reached out. I plan to try to stay at this Sonder the next time I visit Philly.

It is a super apartment with all the commodities you need to stay comfortable. It is big and has a semi private bedroom. Everything was great, I could do laundry, cook...and it has a rooftop with a nice view :) The location is also good. It's only 13 minutes walk from the city hall. All in all its perfect for a visit to Philly:)

The bathroom was clogged

It was conveniently located near a bunch of shops and restaurants and Lyfts to Independence Hall were cheap. You can see city hall just right down the street.

Parking seemed like it could be a problem but we were lucky and found a 24 parking spot close to the Union building across the street after 6.

Washing machine! with soap pods. Small kitchen w table for two, for breakfast, coffee, tea, and takeout. Separate living area. Big windows. Netcasting from laptop for TV w the instructions. Keyless entry!!

Need more hangers. Or a surface to set folded clothing items; 12" depth enough, so it could be shallow open shelving on lower half of half the closet to be

It was very clean and able to do check in without any issues. Plenty of free parking nearby. Felt very secure in the area. Provided with everything that were needed.

It would have been better if it had option to extend the check out time. Other than that everything was great.

It is a really nice apartment, with great facilities like full equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, also dishwasher. The bathroom is also clean and the shower is great. The apartment is close to some attractions of the city, we walked a lot.

Size or apartment is perfect, the bed very comfortable, and there are plenty of other amenities.

Loud ventilation from the pizza place downstairs Very low water pressure in shower Missing skillet in the kitchen and initial refusal of customer service to take care of this. All sorted out eventually, though.

Good location. Good size unit. Served our needs very well.

Road noise. Dish washer was not attached to cabinets and fell forward if not careful. Unit is a little worn.

Location excellent very near all the visitor attraction shops and restaurants

Nothing really had done my research so this was everything I wanted for my stay

Our stay was so comfy and everything was clean and available. But, the concert with the staff was poor with no reply.
