nice modern hotel with good sized rooms. quiet location in the town of media. all u need in the vacinity of the hotel.

I asked to have the room cleaned every day. in spite of asking several times, we stayed for 3 nights, the room was not cleaned once. the staff are obviously badly organized or just simply couldn’t care regarding guest requests. it’s a shame because the hotel was good and we enjoyed our time other than this annoying problem. having said that, I asked to speak to the manager to complain when checking out, who took into account the problem and reduced our room rate. at least they were honest and took responsibility for the problems encountered

it was a nice property and clean

we arrived early and simply wanted to check if there was any chance a room was ready. the employee told us he was sold out the night before and didn’t have any, which we understood, but he also never even offered to take our names or anything to perhaps call if it was ready earlier. we were only in town shortly and had to end up changing in the bathroom. In the past when I’ve arrived at hotels early, they’ve at least taken down our information to contact us if our room does happen to be ready. so to be completely disregarded like that wasn’t very nice.

Clean, pleasant, light room with lots of plug-ins, comfy chair and desk, a large TV, a mini-fridge, a thermostat, a hair dryer -- all you need. The breakfast was excellent: hot and cold choices (omelets, meats, waffle-maker, cereal, muffins), and everything tasted good (even coffee was better than the hotel usual). The staff were very helpful when I couldn't connect to the wi-fi. I didn't use the facilities like business center, gym, and pool, but it's nice they are available. I did go right across the intersection to the supermarket and Starbucks -- perfect location.

There are no locks on the bathroom door. In fact, it's a sliding door that closes either the closet or the bathroom, but it doesn't always stay completely closed when you slide it into place, which is unacceptable. If you share a room, you're always waiting for someone to walk in on you. I'd also love to see some spot to put soap and shampoo in the shower (like a little shelf). The bed was so firm that my hips hurt, and I could feel the springs through the top layer of the mattress.

Location was good for us as near family. Breakfast was OK. Cheese omelet was papery. My husband enjoyed the waffles. Breakfast ladies / staff were terrific.

There was an odd sweet smell in our ground floor room, generating from the air conditioning. One of the housekeeping staff indicated the laundry was underneath our room & it may be the fabric softening sheets? Had to ask for trash to be removed. The hotel policy was to ask for normal services such as beds to be made, fresh towels, soap etc. Once you did the response was quick.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, fairly clean, microwave and mini fridge in the room, complimentary coffee and tea at reception, free parking.

The carpet in the room was quite dirty, my white socks were completely black after walking around a bit. Breakfast could be improved. I very much appreciated the fresh fruit but that was the only healthy option (though I realise not a lot of people are after healthy options). A little pricey.

The breakfast was wonderful! I really appreciated the fact that they had turkey sausages! Very clean and spacious!

My curtains didn't work, so we had a dark weekend. They were electrical, the staff plugged them in to charge but that didn't work. The staff did everything they could to accommodate us.

We came for a wedding at Tyler Arboretum, so the location was perfect. Rooms are spacious and clean.

1) breakfast options could be more healthy and varied - maybe add veggies, cheese etc. 2) the night janitor sprayed air fresheners all over the cups and coffee and tea coolers, so I didn’t want to drink from it next morning. it was an extremely significant amount of spray, not sure why would he do that.

I want to recognize Tosha for being so warm, and professional. She was at the front desk when we checked in and met us with a smile. It makes a difference when others make you smile. Thank you.

The bed was not as comfortable as some in hotels. When the room was straightened up the coffee supply was not replenished….and that’s definitely needed.

I liked the room, friendly staff, friendly atmosphere in the breakfast area. I could have a morning run around the property. Although I don't use that much AC, it was welcome during the hot and humid summer days. All in all, I have had a good stay and could easily focus on my work.

I liked everything, I missed fresh vegetables for breakfast (I'm just used to it, being European).

Room and hotel were clean and updated. Good location.

Bathroom slider door did not offer privacy we were comfortable with. There is a gap between the door and door frame and you never feel like you have total privacy. There’s also no exhaust fan in the bathroom which cause two problems: too much humidity and mirrors fog up and no sound to give you privacy while in bathroom. In addition, the shower curtain does not prevent water from getting out of shower and we had a flood every time we showered. Poor design.
