I did really enjoy the staff, everyone was really friendly and helpful. We asked for a portable crib for our toddler, and they even offered to set it up for us! Front desk staff always said hello and goodbye as we entered and left. Thanks, we love staying here!

It would be great if there were more vegan or dairy free options for the breakfast. Oatmeal four days in a row was a bit boring! Also an alternative creamer for coffee would be great. Soy milk/Almond milk or similar.

Breakfast was delicious and a nice variety for different food types. The rooms are amazing and comfortable. The bathroom is very roomy and you don't feel cramped at all. The staff is always friendly and eager to help where necessary. Thank you for a lovely visit every single time. You never disappoint!

Your pillows are too squishy. Everything else was absolutely fantastic.

Absolutely lovely place. Beautiful peppery and beautiful rooms. Plenty of places for a pet to potty. Staff was extremely accommodating and let me check in early because my previous Hotel had no water and I needed to shower. Only staying here when I come to PA!

Property was very nice. Kids enjoyed the pool - nothing huge but allowed them to burn off some energy. Breakfast was great, exceeded my expectations. Liked that water was available for you to take as you left as well. Very clean and well kept.

Nothing really. Pool was open reasonable times, breakfast was served till a reasonable time. Really don't have any complaints. This was one of our best hotel stays.

Food was just OK considering we paid the most we ever had to stay at a Hampton Inn .Comforter on bed, no blanket, it was hot for July.

The hotel was exceptionally clean the the staff very friendly and helpful. The location close to the university was convenient, and it was nice to find out that a fraction of the money paid for the hotel accommodations is set aside for scholarships at the university.

There was nothing that I didn't like. From what we were told, the hotel is only 2 years old, and it still looks brand new. The accommodations were excellent.

The rooms are clean and spacious, the location is ideal if you are having business obligations in Kutztown/Lyon/Fleetwood, the selection of food is satisfactory.

The hotel uses one way dishes and silverware (plastic ware) , I wish to be more environmental aware and use more sustainable dishes. The WLAN tends to loose connection.

Wonderful facility with clean room! Was able to check in as soon as I arrived, great friendly front desk personnel. Room and bed was very nice and comfortable.
