Comfort Inn Lehigh Valley West

This is not a fancy place, but supplies all needs and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I have used this hotel many times for local business and have never been disappointed. The way they have handled breakfast with COVID restrictions is brilliant.

Can't think of anything. It could have nicer furnishings, but that would cost more. Value is very high.

The room was super clean, so was the carpet. The towels were clean and the whole setup presented as nice and hygienic. There were two sets of towels, all the bathroom consumables were nice, and the overall setup was organized very well. I wish I had taken pictures. The person who checked me in (Michael) was pleasant, professional and was informative. I wish him well, thank you. The breakfast was fresh nice and hot. Replenishment was constant and I was amazed as to how clean the dining area was maintained.

Nothing.

This was a pet friendly hotel and although we had our dog and others had there dog the rooms were cleaned and you could not tell other pets stayed in that room. The staff was great,the breakfast that was included in you price was great and we were happy we could bring out puppy with us only stayed one night. Across the street there were plenty of food places like Arby's and pizza hut and therr was a rite aide near there fancy restaurants you would have to drive s little .

I loved that the front desk employees were very nice and professional. I also liked when we had issues with the jacuzzi they were willing to place us in another room to make sure we got what we paid for. The breakfast was also amazing for a hot breakfast.

there was an empty alcohol bottle left in room which made us feel uneasy about how the room was cleaned. The jacuzzi had issues starting but it was fine when staff resolved it .

The breakfast was delicious and was very impressive. Your staff was fantastic and Michael at the front desk when we checked in was super nice and personable. You should be very proud of having such nice and mannerly people working for you, that also includes the cleaning personnel and people attending to the breakfast in the morning.

My only complaint was the caulking in the bathtub needed to be re-caulked.

Hotel was not far from Dorney Park which is why we chose it. We went for July 4th and didn't want to have to drive all the way from NY and back on the same day. We stayed for 2 nights. They let us check in early for free. Everything was neat and clean. Staff were friendly and the free continental breakfast was awesome. We were surprised by the variety of things they had to choose from. Even the coffee/tea selections. You could sit down or they had bags there so you could pack your breakfast onto it and go. For the price I was very surprised at how clean the hotel was and about the breakfast. Also the bed was extra comfy. I slept like a baby and didn't want to get up.

There were restaurants and stores across the highway but not on the same side as the hotel. There were crosswalks to cross but there should have been more, as the area seemed a little dangerous to cross. We had a car but it didn't make sense to us to drive when the stores were so close.

Location is great for us. This is our go-to hotel when we come to Allentown. Very comfortable beds. Clean. Lots of trucks going by but it was quiet. Plenty of parking. Good Value. Didn't try the breakfast but it was nice to pick up a piece of fruit, some coffee and a breakfast bar before heading out for the day.

Bathroom floor was sticky.

Breakfast was great! Best selection during all the restrictions of COVID. Nancy who ran the breakfast room was friendly, helpful, and kept things clean, tidy and plenty of items. Jessica at the front desk was fantastic! She was able to find us rooms after our original hotel in Exton lost our reservations. The fact that the hotel was pet friendly was great.

Not the fault of the hotel, but staffing problems kept the room from being made up during our stay.

it surprises me a bit although hotel was far by sold out you still get the baddest room possible (in my case without a decent window for example) why?? not much to do around it you need a car to have diner

Close to Dorney Park, Nicole at the front desk was amazing. The rooms were clean and although the hotel was booked up our rooms were next to each other.we didn’t get a chance to sample the breakfast but it was nice that it was offered.

The bathroom sink in room 521 didn’t have hot water, and the key card didn’t work after several attempts and the blankets on the bed weren’t wide enough to keep two people warm.
