The breakfast was great! The front desk and housekeeping staff were very helpful and very polite. The breakfast room was very clean and sticked. The girl that was taking care of the food area was very friendly (even apologized for the slow cooking toaster)

There were several people living in cars and using an outdoor outlet near a side door for charging phones etc... A staff person did come out and put a lock on the box to cover the outlet. I hope the staff continues to stay safe. It is a little scarey to have to walk thru the parking area where those individuals are to get to restaurants etc...

This was a great place to stay!! Every staff member I encountered was kind and friendly. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and patient when I needed help extending my stay. I was nervous when I was asked about a pet when I went to check in as I did not realize this was a pet friendly hotel and I vowed to never stay at a pet friendly place again. However, the only way I could tell it was pet friendly, was by a few bits of dog food on the stairs! The rooms and hall were super clean and did not smell at all. Will definitely be staying here again.

We were in a king suite. Furniture was comfortable. Often times hotel furniture is not, but this was nice. Two nice restaurants within walking distance. We were able to have a few drinks since no driving. We stayed here on our way to our destination and on our way back. It was close tot he freeway and nice. Staff was very professional and friendly.

The first morning, the coffee in the breakfast was terrible. The second time we stayed, the coffee was ok.

The staff were so inviting and friendly. Felt like being a part of a big family. They were doing a pumpkin decorating contest and got our kids involved in the fun of looking at all the pumpkins. Also our son was there playing in the youth football league at Autzen stadium and when we got back after winning the game some of the staff was excited and asking how it went and celebrated our son with high fives!!!!

We have nothing negative to say about our experience

Beautiful inside and out. Nice easy to get in and out of location. Very welcoming and kid friendly. Our kids absolutely loved the pool. Staff was wonderful and very friendly. Security on site in the parking lot in the evening made you feel very well and safe about your vehicle. Very safe welcoming environment. We will definitely be back.

Everything was great we have no complaints.

Hotel is spanking new with stylish decor and fixtures, nice lighting, good furnishings and artwork on the walls including bathroom, love the adjustable shower head and heavy glass shower stall, good fitness room, friendly welcoming courteous staff at check-in and check-out. Happy to see recycling bins in ice machine area.

Toilet paper holder in bath is awkwardly placed, not convenient to use. Keurig coffee maker and disposable toiletries and dining utensils are not environmentally sustainable.

food not the best - adequate for short term - location good - staff very helpful - room very restful but dark for seeing to make coffee - it met our needs - thank you

although the bathroom was very nicely fitted, the shower head is awful - too high - sprays on opposite wall and is doing water damage - appeared clean

We travelled with a pet paid $25 extra for a pet friendly room. For that additional cost a pet bed, dog dish and water bowl and a couple of dog treats would have been nice and somewhat more appropriate than just a cash payment for the ability to have our pet stay with us.

This was a very nice hotel, super clean and really friendly staff. Our dog really enjoyed all the pets and welcomes from the staff as well. Our room was extremely clean and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was great with a wide selection too.

Great staff, very clean, good easy breakfast, hard working staff always moving with a purpose and helpful with a smile. Pay them well you need to keep personnel like them they are impossible to find easily.
