Too many things to list that I enjoy but for starters the staff is super helpful, kind and welcoming. The rooms are always very neat and clean, breakfast is plentiful, no pet fees. The first time we stated at this location the roads were completely iced over we couldn't drive home from Eugene because it was so dangerous. So I went online and found La Quinta, it was the closest hotel to our location so we booked and drove carefully over there. When I arrived I only had partial payment on my card and some cash because it was an emergency situation. At first the desk helper said they couldn't rent us a room because I needed to have all the funds on my card I said please is there anyway you can help us because it was my husband, I our 3 small children and our dog the roads were so dangerous. So she worked with us . It was such a relief, quite, clean and everyone was so helpful. Thank you

The only issue is it's a bit expensive but worth it, the parking situation is tight and I think upgrading to vinyl flooring would beneficial because it's much easier to keep hygienic.

Ours room was big and comfortable, the breakfast was great and the pool and hot tub were refreshing. My children were very happy

The room could have been a little cleaner. We had ants and some eggs in the fridge from the previous person in the room. As someone who works in hospitality I know how little time you have for turnovers so I understand but open the fridge to check. The hotels central air stopped working during our stay but our room was still cold and working and I know they were working hard to fix it :)

The front desk was very helpful anytime we had an issue, and worked with us on anything we needed during our two week stay. I wish I had the name of the staff member who came to our room the first day with a TV issue. He was excellent the entire duration of our stay,

The TV issue was the biggest thorn in our side and possibly the parking shortage, or maybe there's more than we're aware of in the deck but that wasn't explained to us at any point.

The front desk staff was excellent and personable. This was our first stay at this La Quinta, Eugene. It is one of the nicest La Quinta's we have stayed at. The hot breakfast was very good. The breakfast area was immaculate and well stocked. My scrambled eggs were even fluffy! Our room was so comfortable and very clean. We were within walking distance to a few restaurants.

We have no complaints! Only dislike was that we had to leave.

Everything was great, beginning to end. Check-in was easy, and reception staff was friendly and professional (put the phone on hold to finish up with me). Good location, and we had a room facing the water/park. Spacious room, quite clean (maybe one dust bunny), pleasant smell. Couldn't really hear the neighbors, except for some stomping from upstairs prior to lights out. Good breakfast, staff kept things well-stocked and cleaned up. A pretty firm mattress on the bed, which suited my spouse just fine.

So minor. Parking was a little tight -- by which I mean too many bigger vehicles in striping that wasn't really meant for them. (And too many drivers aren't that great on left-right balance). We didn't have any door ding issues, but I could see that happening very easily.

The breakfast was very good! The room was clean! Ran out of doggie waste bags but staff was very quick to remedy the issue. Pet "relief" area was close and well maintained. Will stay here again if coming this way.

The table in the room was not fitted for in-room games. We enjoy Yahtztee and eating to-go food, which was not easy to do with one computer chair and a table against the wall.

Pet Friendly stay, with a large room for our pets! It was nice to be able to spread out with our two dogs. The living area and separate bedroom area were perfect. It's so nice to not feel cramped in a hotel space when you're traveling with your fur babies.

Nothing really. It was a busy weekend in Eugene, for Country Fair, so there were a lot of people staying at the hotel at the same time. So, needless to say there were some times where the hallway was loud, and the pool area was packed. But that's not a big deal in the grand scheme of things.

Appreciated the swimming pool! The warm baked cookies were a nice touch. The beds are comfortable and we got an immediate response to fix a TV connection problem. Our room had a lovely view of the park and the river with geese and ducks.

The breakfast was mediocre, more fruit, more cheese, and meat, such as bacon or salami. We felt rushed out the door right at 10 AM while we were still eating.

Cozy, great staff, smells clean down halls, breakfast was decent plenty of choices, pets allowed and seemed very clean compared to a majority of hotels that allow pets

Some fine detailing could be done like around dressers table floor areas some crumbs or something of that matter were present other than that pretty darn clean for a room that has had pets in it! The beds weren't too comfortable but that's my review based on my comfort levels

Our room choice was accommodated. We traveled with 2 dogs and the ease of caring for them was wonderful. Our room was large and very comfortable. The location right next to the walk paths along the river and near Alton Baker Park was a wonderful surprise.

The only thing I can think of is to have more plug in ports on the nightstands.
