Hampton Inn Pendleton

Very clean, large rooms, quiet, good pillows, pretty good bed

Breakfast was a big disappointment. I stay at Hampton Inns because they provide a good breakfast. I arrived at the breakfast room at 7:45am. There were 3 items in the 'warm buffet'. The only thing available was greasy sausage. The omelettes were gone as were the potatoes. The omelettes were refilled a while later but they were 'out' of potatoes. I've always enjoyed some cut-up fruit. There was none. Just whole apples and over-ripe bananas. I needed a glass of water to take some medicine. There was no water available, only sugar-packed fruit juices and hot coffee. The rooms were nice. But I don't understand why a $155/night hotel has such cheap towels. I seriously think Motel 6 has fluffier bath towels. I realize that this is a bit nit-picky but it stood out in my mind.

The beds were janky and uncomfortable. For 200 plus a night I would expect them to be more comfortable. Room was super dusty especially the bathroom shelves.

Excellent service and the property was extremely clean both outside and inside. The room was very well appointed and large. Will definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was just average with regards to quality but it was fresh and had a good variety of options of eggs, bacon, waffles, cereals, etc.

First and foremost, the staff! They were all very kind and helpful. The location was definitely a plus too. Convenient and easy to get to if one does not know the area.

On the go breakfast was satisfying given the COVID limitations. The staff were all attentive and very helpful with anything we needed. Definitely recommend the Hampton Inn to family and friends.

The curtain in the room was not secured in the curtain rods.. had to jimmy rigged the first night to secure it.

Best hotel breakfast. Great variety. Hotel super clean. Staff very friendly. Nice to see ice vending machines.

A lady walked out of hotel lobby with no shirt on. Trash cans could be bigger in rooms.

Room was clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was nice, especially since most hotels have shut them down.

The pool was closed for "maintenance" conveniently after a mask mandate. Traveling with a family, it is one of the only perks of most hotels, so it was disappointing.

we selected the property due to convenience from the interstate and the pool/jacuzzi. unfortunately, both were out of service and this was not communicated on the Booking website. very disappointing.

Breakfast and location were great.

Room was small, sofa sleeper had a thin mattress and was very uncomfortable. Room was dirty, cleaning rags on the bathroom floor, spiders, dusty. Pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance

welcoming front desk. clean comfortable room. pillows were delivered promptly when requested. Comfortable bed, quiet, nice breakfast.
