Staybridge Suites Minot, an IHG Hotel

Breakfast was nice, h they had fruits and cereals, a waffle maker, bacon, eggs, I think yogurt, juices, muffins and danishes. the pool and hot tub were also working and nice. The room was great, king sure was worth it. The kids slept in the pull out couch in the living room and we had a bedroom and bathroom. We didn’t use the kitchen but everything was nice and clean.

They couldn’t find our reservation so we had to cancel and make a new one, then later that day she said she found the original and we would be refunded for it. Which it’s fine, but we had to put the extra money down we already paid for while waiting for a refund

Kristen at the front desk was amazing. She is the main reason that if we come back into Minot we will stay at this hotel. She was kind and wonderful explaining where something was at and if we needed anything she was ready to get it. The manager the next day was very nice and very pleasant. They did amazing job with all that came.

I honestly cannot think of anything I didn't like about the hotel. It had great stuff great food and a great location. I have no complaints with this hotel and in fact would tell other people to stay at this hotel.

The location is amazing and the staff was so friendly. the large kitchen set up was so nice and everything was very clean. i would highly recommend this place, and I plan to stay their again.

the only thing is that I wish they had the coffee pouches in the room. We had to ask at the desk and that was so inconvenient. coffee first thing upon waking is a good start to the day! or I wish they had alerted us to that fact, maybe we would have asked right at check-in. Plus one pouch at a time or getting dressed to go down and ask for coffee or get when you have breakfast.

I always appreciate a hot breakfast at a hotel. The room was large with a living area and bedroom. Perfect layout for our family of 5 with 3 young children.

There were no sheets for the sofa sleeper in our room so I had to run to the front desk to get them. I felt the sofa sleeper was in need of a good cleaning/replacement. The backs of the chairs had food spilled on them. The arms of the office chair were sticky, and the air vents were surrounded with dust.

This property was very nice, and it was in a great location. extremely clean, and the room was huge. Best hotel room I have ever had for a family stay. they did turn down service in the middle of our stay, which was nice. They printed our concert tickets out for us when their printer wasn’t working briefly. staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good.

We were on the first floor, which was a little noisy above us when people came on, but that could have just been the guests.

I liked the location of the hotel and how close it was to the mall and other shopping outlets. I liked the variety they had for breakfast every morning. I also liked they had shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel already made up in the showers.

I didn't like the fact that housekeeping never checked on us, we stayed for three nights and I had two young toddlers with me, so our garbage was full every single day and they never once offered to bring trash bags or take out the trash. As you can imagine we did have dirty diapers that we were hoping would get taken out. They also never brought towels and the time we did ask for some, they told us that they didn't have any because they were washing them.

Breakfast was great, hot tub was great, nice location near shopping.

There was about 7 inches of snow the morning we arrived. I feel the sidewalks should have been scraped and shoveled better by the 2nd day as there was 2 days without snow. Even out the front door of the hotel, it was not shoveled properly.

The bed was comfortable, room was amazing, we loved the outdoor seating area at the fireplace.

The breakfast was disappointing for this type of establishment. We were expecting eggs, sausage and potatoes or something similar like would normally get, however it was a very gross “corn beef hash” ?? that looked like vomit. we choose to pay the cost of this type of hotel because we like the lux feel and know the breakfast is good. Very disappointed

Comfortable as always. Plus, there is never a lot of loud noises and other late night shenanigan's that keep the guests awake. Bed's were comfortable, though we did have to fetch bedding for the pull out sofa.

Nothing to really complain about. Signage regarding shoes and masks would be appropriate. We had asked if we could use a banquet room for a child's birthday party and were told that wasn't an option.

Even with the pandemic the staff was friendly and facilities were available to use during appointments which I liked (quite and private weight room) and the use of the laundry baskets to exchange linens and towels (spilled my water on my bed sheets, was trying not to need new bed sheets every night)

I wish I was informed like an email or call that there was construction leading to the hotel which caused an alternative route which was extremely confusing to find. But once I did my stay was very enjoyable
