Good quality and location convenient Desk clerk excellent. Observed my brother setting an item further away from the area where he was checking in. Noticed later that the item was not picked up. At some point he realized he did not have the item (an important family book). His wife checked the car. Others looked at our items. All worried it was lost. When we came down to leave for family event, the clerk walked over to my brother and handed the book to him. Unbelievable. He remembered the customer who had left an item.

Good selection of cereal and other cold breakfast items. I like not having housekeeping daily. I used to put up the "do not disturb" sign. Also it's nice not hearing them knock on every day announcing housekeeping when it used to be daily.

Sausage and red potatoes every day for breakfast. Bacon or ham one day would have been nice.

Location was awesome. Staff friendly and responded to requests. Good Amenities options. Room was clean and comfortable. Best rest I’ve had in a long time. Breakfast options and time open was great.

Didn’t like that I had to sign up with Hilton to get WiFi access and therefore did not get some business needs done. Hard time accessing room with key card. Was informed it was the battery but was resolved in a timely manner. Not a fan of the barn sliding doors for the bathroom. Not enough privacy for my taste.

I asked for a quiet room and they totally delivered - no noise on either night, one of which was a Friday. I actually really liked the towels - soft and fluffy. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning unit was quiet, and the toilet flush and the bathroom fan were both really...quiet. The staff were super friendly and helpful

The hot breakfast was pretty basic, and the baked goods were very dull. The fruit in the fruit bowl had seen better days

The room was very comfortable, the staff helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was good. The location had easy off & on for I-540 which made travel very easy.

Our first morning there, we had to look for a breakfast table that had been wiped off. We came at the end of a busy time and the staff was doing their best to keep up.

The staff were very friendly and professional and very helpful. The breakfast was also very good, with lots of options.

My only complaint was that the air conditioner was too loud. And the water pressure in the shower was a bit low. Otherwise, the room was large and clean.

The breakfast was really tasty and hot. The location of the dining room is very convenient and spacious enough during social distancing regulations.

I had a slight issue with checking into the hotel where they could not locate my Booking.com reservation although I provided them with the reservation number. This was not a huge issue because Ms. Mary provided me with excellent customer service and was very apologetic.

The hot breakfast was very nice and the room was quite and comfy.

I had requested an early check-in but they were not able to accommodate it. I drove four hours to get there and arrived two hours before check in and had to kill time until 4pm. Also it is a shame it cost so much for nineteen hours.

I liked the room cleanliness

We were on the second floor at the end of a quiet hallway like we had requested but the walls and ceilings must be made out of cheaper materials and are not sound proof. We could hear the person upstairs all through the evening and night walking around very loudly. Interfered with getting the proper rest.

That was a great location for breakfast I liked the whole experience with this hotel staff was a great help room was very big and well cared for I am so glad we booked this hotel if I ever come back we'll stay here

the only thing that could have been better was the weather little cooler I really can't think of much else to say everything and everybody was so nice and helpful and the breakfast was great keep up the good work
