I love the customer service there was one gentleman there early in the am I can't remember his name but he had dress two color I don't mean to be funny but it's the only way I can remember him cus I dkt. Know his name but he was amazing ❤️ he treated us really nice also told us about booking and how to get a good deal 🤝 on the room he also let us get in the room. Cus I was so tired traveling and room check time was 3 and we gotten there around 2 and he let us go in the room so yes he maid the travel really enjoying for us the he answered all our questions and help us so because off him we would love to go back he maid us feel welcome 🤗

The door lock at night when u come in and out and that they were not pet friendly also some the people weren't so very customer service greater not a smile not a welcome not even a 👋

Staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the location was great. Bed was comfortable enough, and the shower was spacious.

Hot water temp was just above warm, the fridge in the room squeaked at odd intervals, and the a/c in the hallway was presumably leaking onto the carpet, because the carpet by the stairs was not just damp but gooshy. The age and repairs of the building show, but at least you can see where the repair guys are trying to keep up with it.

I loved the hospitality, and the kindness shown by Tavon Richardson, who is the hotel manager! He made my fiancé and I’s stay at this location beautiful. The service desk kept our room stocked with plenty of towels, fresh bed sheets among many other things! I have no complaints at all! I will definitely be visiting this location again in the future!

Mr. Richardson was awesome!!!! So was the other Receptionist that was working with him overnight. They both went above and beyond. Not so much for the young lady on the morning shift. She saw me struggling to push my mom put of the door and asked if I needed help from behind the desk. She didn't bother to get the doors for us.

Thanks to Mr. Richardson, all was well!

I loved the security of the establishment. In this area, I felt safer choosing the Econo Lodge. They are tight about making sure no uninvited guests are imagine or making the environment uncomfortable.

Door was a little loose. But nothing too concerning.

This property is great if you’re going to the amphitheater, only roughly 3 miles away. Comfortable accommodations but no elevator.

The breakfast was waffles and cereal. The juices were watered down and no yogurt or fruit.

The cost and how clean the room was. I loved that they had vinyl plank flooring instead of carpet.

I would have liked the continental breakfast to start at 6 as I had to leave earlier than the 630 start time.

Size of room, shower, and rug in hallway. I want something similar for my basement. Chair in lobby was pretty comfortable as well.

I would say ice machine needs to be cleaned but everything seemed nice to me.

The Place was great, 10 minutes to the downtown Driving, and the breakfast was ok too. But we wait 30 minutes to the service person to the check in the rest was great good experience
