I loved that The beds are Queen instead of double and they are very clean and comfortable, I also love the bath tub and that there is somewhere to put your soap, and the window seat is a nice plus, and it is very nice to have a fridge in the room....I've stayed there 3 times in the last 4 years, and if I go back again, I intend to stay there...Jack always greets us with a friendly Joke.

I’ve visited this hotel many times in the past.  It’s conveniently close to US-74 which makes my drive to other destinations fast.

There are two exits, one by Bojangles & the other by Wendy’s. Both can be a little tricky exiting certain periods of the day.

the staff were amazing, especially Ms. Florence! we traveled for my birthday and she went out of her way to make it special! I was also very impressed with the evening food provided—it was enough for dinner and then to have a full breakfast in the morning, what a deal! the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub was so fun! we will make this our new hotel when visiting Carowinds!

Bed was comfortable.

Poor TV reception. Pillows not good. House keeper did not speak English. Housekeeping only one day our of seven days. Delivered trash and dirty towels to lobby myself and had to ask for towels and toilet paper.

Clean. Comfortable bed. Very accommodating and helpful. Great location.

Pillows are thin. Might want to bring your own. House maid did not speak English. TV has poor reception and no menu channel.

Ease of check in. Amenities with room. Staff was courteous. Bed was comfortable.

Bathtub had some major damage. Price changed significantly within a few days and made it possible to extend stay.

The location was great. I was very comfortable in my room. I parked near the front office doors and came in that way at night.

No milk at breakfast and the coffee was pretty bland. Having the big metal doors at the end of the motel unlocked was a bit concerning. It was noisy hearing Guests coming in late at night.

the location was close to many shopping/dining choices. Although I had requested a first floor room, I wound up on the top floor. This gave a nice view from the window seat

the location of the hotel, if you relied on GPS you would miss it because it is tucked away behind a fast food restaurant off the main road.

Strong odor of smoke and Marijuana on the entire third floor.

Left a more expensive hotel to come here. My room was awesome top floor quiet. I enjoyed it. Extended my stay because it was really pleasant

i had to get my card reactivated a couple of times. it became a little annoying to go the room and the key didn't work.
