AC Hotel by Marriott Charlotte SouthPark

My husband and I had a wonderful date night.The stay was amazing. The staff was nice and friendly. Close to the mall and restaurant. Very clean and set up nice . We really enjoyed the hot shower the water stayed hot 🔥.We will be coming back to stay longer. Thank you for a wonderful date night.

We didn't get to go to the rooftop,they had a party or something that was going on. Still had an amazing time just going to make sure we make it on our next visit.

My room and the amenities were very clean. Having hard flooring and faux leather furniture in my room was conducive for someone like me with allergies. The staff were incredibly nice and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel was a convenient drive to Center City as well. Did I mention that the parking is free and down the street from South Park mall!? An added bonus!

I wish Cordial was a full service restaurant with entrees.

Didn’t try breakfast, but it didn’t seem to be a good option

The room has an influx of air despite shutting down the AC. This was really annoying in terms of sound, air dryness and it’s as if the AC is on. Very difficult to sleep in such room. Everything else in the hotel is close to perfect.

the location was great. close to uptown and a beautiful mark for shopping. The rooftop was beautiful as well.

Broken toilet seat but maintenance did come fix right seat after reported. Requested room service daily. received fresh towels and bed made up but top cover didn’t looked replaced or floor cleaned. however if I were to return I would book again for a lower price.

We choose not to eat breakfast there as family told us it was expensive and not good. We were disappointed there was no free coffee in lobby for guests. The room had only 2 paper cups and weak coffee available.

Free coffee in lobby. Don’t charge more than the booking.com pricing. Rooftop bar open later.

Different look and feel than “normal” hotels. Modern look. Cool rooftop bar. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Nothing you could do better, but I’d like to come in warm weather and really enjoy the rooftop.

Location! Very friendly staff and super clean room

A little confusing on how to check in, there are two Marriott hotels back to back and we went to the wrong building but they were very helpful and directed us to the right place to check in

Clean hotel with parking connected to the hotel. comfortable beds, nice tv, and nice decor. Also, free parking.

water leaking all around the window seal from inside the room, sink had a slow drain and the parking spaces were smaller than the average.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Beautiful facility. Room was lovely and quiet, beds were comfy, and everything was CLEAN. Couldn't ask for more.

The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were nice.

I didn't like the shower. There is no partition to keep the area outside of the shower from getting wet. The shower head is a handheld shower head and you have to remove it to rinse off.
