Courtyard Charlotte Concord

I liked the set up of the rooms and the lobby. It was decorated very nice and felt very inviting. It’s also in a wonderful location your able to get to concord mills mall pretty fast and the hotel wasn’t located around a bunch of traffic or noise.

The only dislike was the pool was closed down most of our stay. But I understand things happen so it’s not a huge issue.

The check in was perfect. We had to reserve last minute. We made 1 phone call and the front desk attendant told us the had availability. It was like 9am. She checked us in quickly and explained everything.

The room didn't have a microwave or a refrigerator with a freezer. Other than that it was cool. They shouldn't include breakfast. And the pool is small.

The hotel was very clean. You could smell the bleach throughout the hotel. The check in/out process was quick and everything is close to the hotel. The blackout curtains were the best!

I wish the window had been cleaned from the outside, to make the view better.

The bistro in the lobby was excellent with excellent staff. Super friendly and the food was prepared quickly and was really good

Overall the accommodations were great. If I had to point to one thing the mattress seemed a bit cheap and soft.

The room was large and very clean. In room coffee was excellent.

I no longer had the card I used to hold my reservation. There was an attempt to pre authorize the charge for my room. I feel that when the attempt failed, I should have been contacted. Instead my reservation was cancelled. I was lucky there was one room available when I arrived.

Very Clean and nice decor.

The layout of the room was not very comfortable. The way the bed was set up and the television it was very difficult to watch television in the bed. The closest part of the desk blocked the view of the television from the bed because you had to turn the television to watch it from the bed. The desk and television were to the side of the bed and not directly in from of it.

The staff and the location was perfect for me. See above. The room was nicely laid out.

The staff was very pleasant. I chose the hotel for location and the fact I have allergies. I did see someone walk through the lobby with a dog. There is a clear sign that says no pets. Please enforce this policy. Also, there was no microwave in my room.

Stay was very nice The 2 Ladies at the front desk at night was Super Friendly and make us feel welcomed

Everything was nice. I love Marriott, never have to complain. Staff n housekeeping was super nice when I needed more towels...

I love everything about Marriott, no matter where it is. This was close to Starbucks n Walmart for a night gown since we left ours home. Well lit, neat n clean n spacious...air conditioner worked well but the Starbucks at the hotel didn't have what a normal Starbucks would but we found 1 like 4 minutes away.

We loved this hotel! We stayed here on our way back from our honeymoon and it was perfect! Everything was exceptionally clean and the staff was wonderful and so so so nice! i would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Charlotte/Concord!
