Liked the location and that the hotel was set back off the main road... The pool was great.. fire pit was awesome. Price was great

The door to room 104 was hard to open and shut. The first night we were there it was kinda loud but that was other guest nothing to do with the hotel itself.

My 2nd room was adequate, not what I requested though.

I requested a smoking efficiency with a kitchen. I tried to check in nothing was ready, I said not a problem I’d go to my sons and get in later. Before we went to dinner I checked back I. Just getting my key. Went to dinner and went back to son and daughter-in-laws place for awhile. Finally got to my room and it’s No Smoking, not what I requested. Tried to call the front desk, phone didn’t work. Got on my car drove to front desk, grateful they changed my room...but it wasn’t an efficiency it was a regular room. My confusion is a single room the same cost as an efficiency? Check out at 0753 door look waited til someone showed up (not long at all), but still wondering if I’ll be reimbursed?

-Great staff! I needed a conference room for a get together, and they made it happen within an hour. Very attentive and friendly. -The price is amazing for the value. -Clean bathroom. -Good heating. -Amazing location. -The Wifi was really fast and steady.

-The building didn't seem to have much security as far as entrance into the residential areas. Really anyone could walk in. -The lighting was a bit dim in the room, but it was usable.

Our first assigned room was horribly old and out dated. The mattresses sagged and the bathroom had rust. We were given a different room in the building with the pool because there were personal items in the old room and one bed had no pillows. The desk clerk was very apologetic and gave us a different room.

Always like the comfortable hospitality here and peaceful stress free time we enjoy it here most and familiar even when their are new staff they all keep up with the brand .. Thanks for a great transition to finding a new apartment soon

This hotel is always great and my first choice above many in Watertown but I was disappointed there was no breakfast in morning .i understand social distancing but a grab bag ( banana n muffin or bagel would be nice instead of having to go out in the cold so early .. its hard to get out side and warm car up in morning everytime. .solo with a toddler

Traveling thru after visiting Family all week. Grabbed the cheapest hotel we could find on Google. Found a Rate for this Gem online for less than $50, so we stopped. Upon arrival there was some confusion about the reservation to no fault of the folks at the property. Once, checked in we got to our first room and it was less than stellar, but after some conversation with the General Manager ED, we were moved to a room far superior to our expectations for what we paid. Excellent service all around, and unlike the uptight conservative chain hotels, they were operated by LGBT+ friendly staff and management, and they played CNN in the lobby. Will most definitely be staying again. Thank you again so much!!! See you again soon I hope, this will definitely be my go to in Watertown NY

She let me choose between 2 bedrooms because I needed space for my bicycle, that was very thoughtful! The bed was very comfortable!

The air conditionning was loud and couldn't cool off my bedroom.

Very friendly staff. Very inexpensive

Pool hours (not open in the morning) AC practically only blew in air. Wall paper falling apart. The smell of marijuana in the corridors was overwhelming.

There were plenty of eating options close by and when my fiancé wanted food he could go to the vending machine. It was only 30 minutes away from Alexandria bay which was the main reason why we went.

It was a little dirty in the stairwell but not bad. And we never got our breakfast but that didn’t really bother us… it was just and landing spot for us.

two years ago i would not have recommended this motel.the new owners have refurbished and spent a lot of money making this a good value for the money. i would recommend for 1 night stay or several night stay. clean and safe.
