Woodcliff Hotel and Spa

The room was spacious with nice amenities. A good sized TV to wind down to in the evening. The wet bar is in an awkward place but nice to have. The blackout curtains worked excellent in my particular room. Everything was clean! The children and I spent hours in the pool going back and forth from indoors to outdoors. Great feature! You are located minutes from every store you could imagine for shopping.

Hot tub is in rough shape and the jets would not turn on. Awkward position of wet bar which was not a huge deal. The elevators seemed to always be overwhelmed with people. To be fair there were multiple events happening during our stay so maybe this was the cause.

Very scenic location. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very tasty. Complimentary bottled water provided in room.

Couldn't seem to find a rolling cart to carry luggage. There were no glass tumblers in the room but were provided quickly after calling front desk. The second day room was cleaned and tumblers disappeared with no replacements. The hot tub near the pool was closed.

Easy to find, right off of Rt 96. Clean, comfortable, spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff.

Limited menu choices and the same menu every day. Breakfast buffet on weekend did not have enough food--dined a little later morning and food was not replenished. Not worth the price of the buffet.

The staff was extraordinary! So accommodating, they completely and sincerely took care of all of our needs. We could not have felt more welcomed and comfortable at this impeccable establishment. Not a single complaint. We decided to order in dinner with our picky eater child and we were able to pick up our door dash from the front counter and we were surprisingly asked if we needed plates and actual silverware to enjoy our dinner. Breakfast was delicious, which we ordered from the Starbucks cafe in the hotel. Pool was clean with clean towels available too. Cannot wait to go back!

The spa

When I call to make my reservation and I asked about having dinner on site no one ever told me that I had to make reservations so when I went down to dinner they said it was a 2-hour wait but the lady suggested that we could eat in our room I did not like that

Beautiful location, the people working the front desk were awesome and provided information on everything you had to offer. I would definitely stay again.

I was going to book a couples body massage, but you only have men providing body massages my husband would perfer a women.

Wonderful staff. Comfortable immaculately clean. Spa staff are so accommodating professional and friendly. Beautiful surroundings.

The Sunday breakfast buffet was not good. All other meals were top shelf.

The appearance, size and cleanliness of room. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful.

Our phone did not work and took a few hours to get it fixed, but staff was resposive and apologetical and it was resolved The paper cups given in our room were terrible. They disintegrated while in use.

The best part of the property is the beautiful trail network adjacent. Also the group playing music in the lounge was fabulous.

We were with a group that had arranged a discount, but we paid the regular rate. We had thought we could get a private room for dinner but could not.

Breakfast is good. Location is beautiful. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice places to visit close by like Powdermill Park.

I have no complaints, except there should be ice machines on every floor.
