Quiet room, very comfortable bed with nice pillows, excellent shower (good pressure, lots of hot water, non-skid tub, a free-flowing drain, handy grab bar and soap/shampoo dispensers), good space to set luggage, easy parking, reasonable price compared with other area lodging.

Very small room (I guess that’s why it’s called Microtel), limited vanity space around the sink, dirty carpet, desk chair had rubber pads on the legs which made it just about impossible to pull the chair out from the desk as they stuck to the carpet (extremely inconvenient!). Our room was OK for one night but we would not likely stay again.

Staff were very friendly! We have stayed here before and like the location. Several places nearby to grab a bite to eat! Our request for a room away from road noise was fulfilled!

Breakfast selections were slim. When I read other reviews and people remark that there were not enough options I usually find that is not so. We are satisfied most of the time. But believe me no hot options other than the pancake maker. No fresh fruit. Coffee was good!

All was good - there were no urgent issues. Our room was great, and the conteniental breakfast was very good. I would stay with this motel chain again.

The phone in our room did not work, which meant a trip down to the service desk for any concerns or requests. Also, housekeeping missed cleaning our room which was not a big deal, except then we had to go to the service desk to get clean towels for the next morning.

The room was clean, the location was as convenient as it could be (most hotels closer to Henrietta were booked, but this hotel was right along the highway, which worked out fine for us). They don't serve the most elaborate hotel breakfast, but it was fine.

They always ask if I accidentally booked a handicapped room, just because my handicap is not obvious. Might be better to say something like "you needed a handicap room, correct?" Instead of "did you accidentally book a handicap room?"

The girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful. She wore many hats. Worked the front desk, put breakfast out, replaced all items that ran out. Took the garbage out. The bed was awesome! Very comfortable!

The fact that I reserved the room on line. Wasn't a way to do the senior discount. So it would have been cheaper to call and reserve the room

The cleanliness, hospitality , and the availability of pool and hot tub. The GM went out of his way to accommodate us with 2 developmental ladies w disabilities.

Some of the evening housekeepers did not speak English which was a bit frustrating.

Honestly exceeded my expectations, room was comfortable, very clean and staff was friendly. I would definately stay here again or at another microtel, wasn't sure what to excpect as I never had before but will not hesitate ever again that's how good the stay was! Loved you could open windows, free breakfast, coffee in room and fridge!! Zero complaints!

Room showed some signs of wear and tear - cracks in walls and ceilings, etc. could hear hallway noise from the front door and bathroom.

Great service. Honest staff and cleaning crew. Forgot some items in the hotel and was able to get them back after calling the hotel. Very thankful for their service during my stay!
