Very nice choices for each day’s breakfast. Good selection of drinks to buy in the lobby. Loved the Schenectady photos in the lobby. Outdoor seating was great! Parking lot very clean. The front desk, dining room staff and housekeepers were top shelf-friendly, helpful, a bunch of real assets to the hotel.

No cell service inside the hotel. I had to go outside to call my husband and siblings. Kitchen sink dripped constantly. I reported that. The bed was very uncomfortable, lumpy. I had a hard time finding a comfortable spot. I couldn’t find a tv channel guide.

Breakfast was great. There were no waffles on the 1st day because there was no non-stick spray...;(

The shower. Either it was the shower head or the lack of water pressure - very difficult for me to get the shampoo out of my hair. And there was no sitting area for more than one person to eat in our room. There was no hot tub in the pool area.

The room is large and well equipped. The kitchenette is good although lacks sufficient cutlery. the bed is large and comfortable. Parking is available and free of charge.

The control over the aircon is limited to temperature only, and I'm not sure it reached the temp I chose. There's no safe deposit box in the room. The refrigerator in the rooms makes too much noise when its compressor is working. The breakfast, which is probably on high American standards, lacks fresh ingredients that non-American s are looking for: vegetables, fresh cheese, and there's no coffee machine for espresso coffee- just the horrible American coffee. There isn't a single light control switch, to turn of all lights hen going to sleep - you have to switch off every single light.

The front desk guy lied and said I didn’t have a reservation when I did. There was a wedding party they were accommodating ( all Caucasian) and I feel they lied and didn’t want me there because they were trying to save face in other words but once I refused to leave until I spoke with someone from booking.com , after 45 minutes the man at the front desk said that “I was lucky “ because someone cancelled their reservation and because of that my room was magically available now mind you it was the exact same room I reserved . What a coincidence . I will never stay there again .

I enjoyed my stay at Homewood Suites. It was comfortable and the staff was very pleasant and my daughter enjoyed the pool . It was my first time and I promised to visit again. : )

The only complaint I had was that I wasn't sure when housekeeping was scheduled to clean the room. I made sure I didn't display the "Do Not Disturb" sign. Unfortunately, I should have asked but I wish a staff member would have provided that information.

Spacious, clean room, full kitchen (ate great breakfast everyday just like I was at home!). Very quiet, no room noise in the middle of the night like many hotels. Great location, able to reach local destinations easily. Clean with no worries of bugs or filth I have seen in other hotels. Price was VERY reasonable, less than other major chains, with the same or exceeded value. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

The pull-out bed on the couch resmbled a medevil torture device of some sort, no way can anyne sleep on that without ruining their vacation/stay. They should remove this item from their marketing as a suitable place to sleep. Metal wires and springs felt with the hand. Bring an air mattress as insurance, or find a good local chiropractor.

really liked the location and having restaurant right next door. Exceptional service and great food at restaurant.

Room was not ready for two guests. Only one washcloth. No tissues. It just didn’t seem like it was completed when it was made up. One bar of soap to shower and wash hands with. Nice room and comfortable but for the price I would have expected top of the line amenities and everything ready. just not impressed with that kind of service.

Beds are comfortable, location is great, staff is friendly, rooms are very clean, breakfast has a delicious selection of food

Indoor pool was closed for maintenance

I loved everything about to property right on the water it was gorgeous it made for a romantic evening

I did not enjoy the breakfast the eggs were very soggy and nothing had much flavor
