The room was nice, with good decor. It smelled like it was just cleaned, which is always good.

At check in, the desk agent had issues processing my reservation, and tried to claim my card was not working, when in fact, he was screwing up his job, and embarrassed me in front of the line of people that formed waiting because of his ineptitude. I had to provide evidence that my card had sufficient funds, and my booking was charged, BEFORE he figured out how to process my reservation correctly. He never apologized for his cockup.

The girl at the front desk was quiet but adjusted my booking without me asking because I choose the wrong option, and it saved us $20. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. No weird smells or wet spots on the carpet. There was a fridge and microwave. The shower was nice. And it had a nice tv. The cleaning service didn't try chasing us out way before checkout. Perfect location to stop at Fiden's Brewery right around the corner. Also had a bunch of things we needed to bring in so it didn't freeze in the car, and she gave us a room on the first floor that we could pull right up to the door.

It could use some updating, although it looked the like shower and lighting possibly had recent updates. Just the furniture and carpet looked a little tired.

They have smoking rooms and the rooms are clean with comfort. I did not take part of the breakfast in quite some time yet given I have stayed there many of times I do know its good wish the had waffles, bacon & eggs which I am not sure they have included it or not by now.

This is with all hotels you are not allowed to check-in until 3pm or after yet you must check-out by 11am just doesn't seem fair.

In my opinion, our room was good for my familly, (3 children and me) it was clean, smell well, the blinding cover well the outside light. The beds and pillows are comfortable.

The breakfast is not good, could have more proteins and fruit , the pool was closed, we woke up to the fire station alarm. The WiFi is not good for my room 152.

The hotel is set back from a busy street and our room was on the backside of the hotel. The room was bigger than expected and housekeeping cleaned the room everyday. The hotel is close to Saratoga Springs and the pool was much appreciated at the end of the day.

Hotel is doing upgrades on the second floor. Can't wait to see them next visit.

Had a great stay with family. Stayed for the night before heading out to the Catskills for some scenery and snowboarding. No frills, good price, clean room, easy access to food and drinks nearby and service at front desk was excellent. Breakfast was good too.

A little dated but not a dealbreaker.

The front desk staff was warm and friendly and made us feel welcome.She fixed a clitch in the system and got us a smoke free room for the original price. The court yard and pool area had great landscaping and was a great place to relax.

Check in was easy, staff member was friendly. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Also, great Indian restaurant right next door, and I had an excellent dinner there.

There was a small amount of noise coming through the optional adjoining room door from the next room. Maybe add some additional insulation to the door if possible?

If a traveler has asked for a late chk out its one thing to be reminded by housekeeping but its definitely NOT necessary to be babysat by them. Thanks

We were a bit frustrated with being rushed out of out room while packing up by the housekeepers. We had asked for a late chk out and right here on my app says it was set from 12 to 1pm. I thought it was very rude that they stood outside our open door until we were all packed n gone
