The meals in the restaurant downstairs were excellent, as was the room service breakfast. We also enjoyed the one evening we spent in "The Cellar," formerly the nightclub "My Father's Place," with live entertainment. And finally, we loved the easy access on foot to the village of Roslyn with its pond, shops and eateries.

The signage. We had the hardest time finding this place, even though we drove right by it looking for it several times! On Google Maps, it is pegged to the garage, with an entrance on Lumber Road around the corner and far below. No relation to your front door and check-in counter! We recommend trimming the shrubs around the existing sign by your driveway on Old Northern Blvd and adding a light to illuminate the otherwise somber lettering. An "ENTER HERE" sign with arrow on the south side of the driveway would be even more visible and explicit.

the elevator was out of order also I was told I had a harbor view room but I didn’t I had a loud street view I was upset breakfast wasn’t included with the price I paid for the room, if I wanted breakfast it was à la cart and very expensive.

The staff where friendly super nice at counter when we checked in and during our stay. Propety are well kept lobby and sitting areas where so cozy and beautiful the rooms are cleaned but need upgrading the bathroom in the room are old and the corners are built up dirt but for one night it was ok but it’s too bad because the rest of the peppery are really nice.

Room was supplied with only one wash cloth when we checked in and wasn't able to get an additional one until the next day. Wish there was a microwave in the room. Building is close to a busy street. If your room is on the side closest to the street you will hear a lot of traffic noise in the morning.

Located in a quaint area i found it to be serenely quiet and yet it was walking distance to exceptional dining spots.

I found some of the furniture needed repairs as the drawers didn’t fully close. The Bathroom fixtures were updated and they provided many useful products.

Overall feel of the place was friendly, cozy, and comfortable. The restaurant was great and we really appreciated the outdoor space to eat, had great service from ? the bartender and had a lovely time.

My only complaint is in our room 337 (and none of our family's rooms) the air conditioner was insanely noisy. Plus an impressively loud group partying next door on Monday night but you dealt with that, thank you!

Some of the room's facilities were surprisingly dated: ,Key safe instead of digital safe .Old wall air-conditioning unit without remote I think hotel needs some upgrading to modern era.

Front desk staff was EXCELLENT. Especially Carla (I think that was her name :)) Hotel was very clean. I appreciated the Lysol stickers and information. Parking is very convenient.

I understand the State's restrictions, but it would've been nice to have had coffee available for guests. The in-house coffee is disgusting. The room was dated and needs updating. The Heat made noise constantly and woke me up all night whenever it kicked on. The fan, most likely, needs to be replaced. The shower handle in the bathtub is broken.

Bed was comfortable; room was spacious; staff were attentive.

The treadmill needed to be repaired so we weren't able to use it for two days; the tv on the elliptical wasn't working. Wondering why there wasn't a fan in the bathroom - seems like that would keep moisture and mildew at bay.

Well equipped rooms. USB charging ports so don’t have to bring plugs. TV with Netflix & showtime. Helpful staff. Nice breakfast.
