breakfast was excellent. We hadn't received our bfast coupon upon check-in, but the charge for bfast was removed from our bill without hesitation upon checkout (bfast had been included in our pkg). Staff was nothing less than professional and friendly on top of that.

mini-fridge in our room wasn't working, so our leftovers from dinner out the evening before couldn't be used. We could have called down to the desk to see if it could be fixed/replaced but we chose not to do so.

I was pleased with everything at the hotel. The room was large, attractive, clean and comfortable with all amenities we needed. Staff was generally helpful and friendly. Good location for our needs, easy to get to and close to major roadways. The breakfast was also quite good although the selection was limited.

My mother and I were in the area (from NH) for the death of my brother. We made 2 trips in 3 weeks and stayed at the hotel both times. I booked on Booking.com but found out we could have gotten a senior discount (my mother is 90 and I am 66) amounting to over $250 on each trip so more than $500. When I brought it up at reception, I was told nothing could be done since I had already booked on booking.com and there was no point in then trying to contact hotel customer care. I think that was very poor customer service.

The facility was really nice and in all my years of travel, domestic and abroad, I have never met a more friendly, courteous, and considerate front desk person as the young women working there the morning of December 27th. Excellent customer service!

It was a little further from LaGuardia than I thought when selecting it from a list of hotels near the airport.

Due to covid very limited menu. I understand but not totally sure why it is that way. The cooking facilities did not change and there was staff to cook and to serve. So why not more options?

Small issue but the people above our room sounded like a heard of elephants for a few hours each day. Maybe guests should be reminded that there are others below them.. that was my only concern.. So its the main reason why I did not rate you excellent in all categories.

I was coming off a 14 hour work day and the staff was trying really hard to make small talk. I just wanted to crash in bed. Also the booking description said includes breakfast and they wanted to charge $15. That was pretty disappointing.

Highly recommend this stay. Beautiful, clean, relaxing, you name it. Rooms were super updated, simple, yet had everything needed. Overall just a relaxing stay as needed and we felt extremely comfortable. Pool also looked beautiful for when it is open. We will definitely be back next time in town. Also honored our service animal, which was huge for us. Thank you everyone! Also, thank you to staff member in the elevator who took the time to ask me how my stay was and if I needed anything additional.

The staff at hotel were very helpful; requests were handled promptly. We reserved rooms for several couples and all individual requests were handled correctly. The hotel was quiet, the rooms were big and clean. We didn't eat at the Hilton, but we walked to Roslyn (about 20 minutes) to pick up a bagel and lox at the deli. There are several restaurants within walking distance, but the walk isn't particularly pleasant. (There's a lot of traffic.)

I was under the impression that staff would be masked, but they were not.

the hotel is clean and the staff were very friendly. the room was comfortable and it was a good experience. microwave and mini fridge were great to have in the room.

the coffee machine in my room was not working. I called to ask for a replacement and it was never fixed or replaced. I am traveling as a student so the microwave and keurig machine was a great bonus in the room for when I am studying. it was upsetting that I couldn't use it.

The room was nice.

I called from my room to ask about the breakfast to see if we could get anything on the menu for that one price and was told yes but that was not the case. The waitress argued with us and made us wait a long time after we were done eating so we had to end up walking up to the counter to pay even though no one was there either. Our waitress was just rolling silverware and knew we were done. We ended up being late meeting our friends.

The room was nice, close to Kings Point whee I was going to drop off my son. Definitely worth the money.

We had four people in the room and only 2 cups and our tissue box only had one tissue in it. Other than that our stay was excellent!
