Quality/price very good. Standard breakfast with many choices of food. Clean room and modern design.

Thermostat is not accurate sometimes is hot sometimes is cold and you have not access to fan control or heat or cool. Only auto and low fan… The toilet was broken and there was a bag over the smoke sensor!! Very dangerous and means the cleaning person didn’t pay attention when was cleaning. The location is not very safe, especially night time and if you are a woman.

The hotel is great. It had clean rooms, breakfast had a great selection, and the staff were top notch. Also, the view from the terrace is fantastic. Solid bang for your buck.

The neighborhood is rough. The subway is about a 5 minute walk away, and each time I went out with my wife we were looking over our shoulders. There are definitely some dark areas near the hotel where rough characters like to hang out. Additionally, on one of the nights during our stay we heard gunshots. Right outside of the hotel is fine, but take a few steps away and it's a completely different vibe. It would make me feel more comfortable if the hotel had security out at night.

I like the ambience of the hotel. I can tell that it’s a newer model. It felt very welcoming and comfortable. The room was very nice. It was enough space for myself or a couple. They had dishes, iron, fridge. Everything was clean but I didn’t use anything. I only stayed 1 night. The front desk agent was very nice. His name is Joshua. Very pleasant attitude and answer questions with no problem. I also love the breakfast. Yes the breakfast is free and it good enough to start the morning.

I HATE hotel towels. They are the worst. They feel like a broil pad. I didn’t hate the shower temperature but I love when my water is HOT. It was warm and I had the showering on for for 5 min before getting in.

The staff were very nice and made sure to answer Al my questions. The rooms had mini kitchens with a sink, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, and silverware. Beds were comfortable. The rooms were roomy, had nice lighting. Came with a door mirror on the bathroom door. This was a quality hotel. I didn’t get to experience all of its potential but I would definitely recommend and come back I’m big on cleanliness, Nice bathrooms and basic accommodations. They had all of that

The neighborhood could be a little better

We love this place! It’s usually our go to place to stay due to me having to work (2) days in NY every week. Rooms are clean, hotel is clean, breakfast is good + the staff are really nice & accommodating as much as they can.

Wish they had free parking. The cost to park at the hotel in a not so favorable neighborhood is pretty steep. Also, wish they notified the customer when there’s no rooms available for an earlier time than checkin so no one wastes their time going earlier.

Everything was literally amazing. The staff, the facility, the room, the breakfast, cleanliness. Just great. I really hope they don’t make any changes. They actually give you individual travel packs of toothpaste if you happen to forget your own. That is a major PLUS! breakfast is from 7-9am on weekends which is amazing. We didn’t want to leave. The Comfortability was OUTSTANDING. Clean bedding, clean building. If they offered Netflix, I would probably move-in lol. Would definitely stay here again and again. Don’t usually give reviews, but Townesplace deserves it.

That we weren’t allowed to bring breakfast upstairs to our room. It gets really crowded for breakfast in the dining area.

I absolutely love this hotel! This will be my go-to spot from here on out. The location is perfect, parking wasn’t an issue, I love the room layout and the accessibility of a microwave and refrigerator, and the staff was so kind.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like anything, I just wish that breakfast ended a little later like at 10 AM. We stayed over the weekend and they were closing up breakfast at 9 AM.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast being included was a major plus anndddd it was good so we didn’t go out the breakfast our whole stay cause they had yummy food downstairs.

Only con I can say is parking. Thankfully we always got good parking but late night coming back we had to spin the block a few times but still parked basically infront of the hotel. The daily resort fee I’m not a big fan of either but it was no more then $7

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was a good start to the day and well prepared.

There was an option to pay cash at the hotel online however, when I got there was told the hotel doesn’t take cash. And also I was quoted a higher price at the property than the one online. The room was good except for hairs in the towel and on the bed.

At first hotel could not find our reservation, but staff I worked with tried his best to figure out the problem (misspelled name) and solved it for us. Breakfast staff was attentive and accommodating. Hotel was clean and served our needs, location was convenient for the subway.

Location was a bit unsafe to get to at night, a bit industrial/commercial.
