This was a great location very walkable to a lot of great restaurants and interesting shops. Considering the price, the hotel room was pretty large with a very comfortable bathroom and a great view. The staff were all incredibly friendly and nice. I will definitely stay here again.

The beds were extremely firm and could have been a little bit more comfortable. It would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room and a bit more storage for clothing- we only had two small drawers in the room.

This hotel was extremely clean, an excellent professional service throughout my stay. I was taken back at how attentive and courteous the staff and facilities were. The receptionists Zhuzhu ,Kai, Michelle and Linda went above and beyond in the roles whenever I needed them. If you're heading to Flushing Queens I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was good. The staff was very friendly The room was very clean.So was the whole hotel. When we walked in it smelled clean. These things made a great impression on us. It made our stay enjoyable.

There were a few things that could be fixed to make it better Adding a mirror in the room along with the one in the bathroom. Adding more lighting in the room along with the little desk lamp in between the beds.Many hotels have small frigs. And microwaves in the rooms for added conveniences which is nice. Our room (204) had. no exhaust fan in the bathroom. these caused a lot of inconveniences dressing to go out.The breakfast was disappointing. Some waffles and fresh fruit are not expensive to have. and would make a great addition to your breakfast.menu. We did have a pleasant stay in spite of these things...We would definitely come back and would still recommend Ramada to our friends

Location very convenient to Metro, Citi Field, US Open Tennis, Regal Tangram, Skyview Mall and New World Mall, Chong Qing Lao Zao hot pot and Nan Xiang Lao Bao soup dumpling restaurants, a myriad of markets, bakeries, and cafes. Bilingual staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and cool in summer. Mattresses firm (we like). Breakfast fine for both Asian and American tastes. Would like a small fridge stocked with yogurt but no biggee.

Shower water temp takes a long time to warm up in the morning which wastes water.

Close to subway, lots of Chinese restaurants, Sky View shopping center nearby. Breakfast was above average what you can expect for this price in the US. The hotel attaches great importance to serious guests and tourists, not a hotel by the hour, as is usual even in the price category in New York. The room was really non-smoking, which seems to be the exception rather than the rule. The non-closing window was fixed immediately, definitively recommendable.

Curtains hanging over the AC/heating could be shortened by a tailor ;-)

The hotel is conveniently located for both the 7 train and LIRR. There are also tons of great restaurants and some shopping nearby. Breakfast had everything I needed to start the day. The amenities in the room matched the description perfectly. Also the staff was very friendly

The desk surfaces in the room could have been cleaner. Also there weren't many easily accessible outlets for charging devices. During the day there was a lot of honking from cars in the traffic outside, but no issues at night.

My husband and I had a brilliant stay here! Our check-in was a breeze all thanks to Serena and Zhu Zhu. Super friendly and helpful staffs. There are loads of Asian cuisines that’s just walking distance from the hotel. Subway is super close too! Also, the lovely staff of Ramada put us in a city view room - super pretty sight of the city! There is even hot water at the buffet room which is a big plus for us as we enjoy making our late night drinks and ramen noodles lol. Highly recommend staying here :)

The staff has great hospitality and are very welcoming! JK put us in a room high up and facing the bright lights of Manhattan. The breakfast was tasty and the room was nice, but the curtains in the needed a little bit of TLC. The location is close to the subway station--about a 5 minute walk! You won't get luxury, but you will get excellent service, breakfast, cleanliness, and a decent hotel stay for a good price.
