This hotel is brand new,everything is crisp and elegant and just truly beautiful . The staff are so welcoming and extremely helpful. I was celebrating my first year anniversary and all I can say is the room was impeccable a huge spacious terrace, and the most comfortable bed you will ever sleep on, the walk-in shower was absolutely huge and the staff very kindly decorated our room, I had a amazing view from my floor to ceiling windows, definitely come here, the room and staff exceeded my expectations

Just off the highway to JFK and at the hub of Flushing. Level 2 for leisure area. Level 3 for breakfast and gathering place with tables. Beautifully appointed rooms. Queen beds for sticker occupancy. Linens pillows and bed so comfortable. Bathroom with exceptional soaps and moisturizers. Towels. Rain head shower and handheld available. Full length mirror. Easy operating coffee machine. Cups and glasses. Lamp earth electrical and USB. Tv up to date and easy to operate. Good size lobby. Free shuttle. Check in and out with capable staff. Accommodates late check out for free. Huge windows. Wish all hotels were like this. Will look for Indigo around the world

The hotel was comfortable pleasant clean and safe. I will recommend this hotel to others. We had a great view room looking over to Brooklyn. And Vip parking it was worth paying.

One thing I saw was that I didn't care about the dogs in the hotel. And maybe they have a special floor . Just for people with dogs. Some people are allergic to animals. But the hotel was great and you can order fiod.

it is very close to Citi Field and I walked to and home from my concert. it was clean, the room was spacious and the breakfast was good, not a buffet as I expected but the food came quickly. staff was helpful. no kettle in the room which wasn’t great but in the morning there was hot water in the lobby.

Location was very convenient for going to the US Open; we took the #7 train from Flushing Main St. station, which just a few blocks away. Neighborhood is full of great Chinese restaurants and bakeries. The room was a decent size with a comfortable bed and large bathroom.

The air conditioner was loud and on almost constantly; it would only go off for 30-60 seconds then come back on. However, on the positive side, it was great white noise; you can't hear the city or noise from adjoining rooms.

Slow elevator doors (elevator itself was fast but takes long to open or close) Noisy AC (works really well but just a bit loud, light sleepers may need earplugs) Both of these are honestly negligible, since we were only there to shower and sleep.

The hotel seemed very safe and secure; the facilities are new, clean, and well-taken care of, and the room was quiet and relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I loved my stay at Indigo Flushing, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable (and being 6 months pregnant I really appreciated that!) The staff was super helpful and super nice, especially Lisa in the morning and the two ladies in the afternoon shift (sorry I didn't catch their names!) The room was big and hyper-clean, with lovely views of the city! Lots of natural light as well!

The restaurant does not have very many options for dining. I asked for an item on the menu, they didn’t have. The next day I asked for a breakfast item on the menu, they did not have it either. They should not advertise a bar because you could only get beer or wine.

this was a great choice. my friend and I were in town for a wrestling show at Arthur Ashe stadium. very close to the venue only a 5 minute Uber drive. staff was very friendly and the hotel was absolutely 5 stars!! it is definitely worth the value if you want comfort and style If you are in town for a event in queens. very quiet area as well! we will definitely be back again!
