Quality Inn Albuquerque East I-40 Juan Tabo Exit

Parking for the 26-ft Penske truck with Car trailer, was a challenge. We made it work:) The room was comfortable, however, we will hope not to be in a "handicapped" room if there is a next time. We liked having a small refrigerator in the room for our travel food, and a way to fix hot tea in the morning.

We were disappointed not to have the "paid for" breakfast, as on the weekend breakfast doesn't start until 7am, and we needed to be leaving before 7am. At other locations, breakfast started at 6am. (It was the weekend, we were told that was why breakfast started at 7am, instead of 6am.) (Also, we had to ask for hand soap, which was not in the room.)

The gentleman who did my intake was very nice. The lady before me was wicked with him (cranky and not nice) yet he kept his cool. He should get a reward for being so awesome, despite her bad behavior. the facility was clean, and VERY comfortable. Good TV, Good temperature control without being deafening, VERY comfortable bed 😴😊😇 and very nice shower. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

I was warned at my conference to lock my car. I was concerned about having my truck broken into. The Front Desk Agent told me where to park with the good light in the front. All was well, yay!

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, I loved the pillows/comforter, and the breakfast was one of the best I have encountered in my travels. They have Jimmy Dean sandwiches they heat up for you! And extras in the fridge you can pop in the fridge and heat yourself, on top of other options. Front desk staff were also very kind, and I liked this location. We unfortunately had a black bear break one of our windows outside of Yosemite, and I skimmed this area to be sure we were staying in a location where it would be less likely someone would take advantage of this. I certainly felt safe leaving our already compromised vehicle on the premises. Highly recommend! And this location is away from the city center, which I think made this difference entirely.

Everything! Check-in staff was very friendly and informative. Room was well-lit and clean. Bed was comfy, pillows were fluffy. Vending machines and ice maker were all working. Room had microwave, minifridge, coffeemaker, soap/shampoo/lotion. Building seemed well-insulated and quiet. Plenty of parking and there were lots of food options nearby. They also had a QR code menu for room service from the on-site restaurant.

The only drawback was the pedestal sink in the bathroom; there was no counter space for me to lay out toiletries, charge my toothbrush, etc. It was not really an issue as I was only there for 1 night so didn't have to unpack much, and this may not be an issue if you have a hanging toiletry bag.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at! I’ve travels across the country, twice a year, for over 5 years now, and this has been my favorite place I’ve stopped. Wondeful staff (Virginia was so helpful and the best front counter person I’ve ever had to talk to, and the maintenance man was so helpful with everything.) Going to be staying here each year I go through now! And they were the most clean ans safe during the pandemic.

Loved everything about it and honestly couldn’t tell you more of what to change. Everything was great. Keep up the great work of being safe and smart during the pandemic! Thank you!

Everything regarding breakfast was unsatisfactory. You can not advertise snacks such as one flavored prepackaged muffins as a breakfast, only had a couple yogarts on display, both cereals geared to kids only. Hours 6-9am shold be revised to 6-10am to allow guests to sleep in since check out is not till 11am. Water for tea/coffee has an odd taste.

While driving from OK to AZ, we arrived at 11:30pm on a Sat night. The room was clean and the room temperature was perfect for the season. Thankfully it was quiet and I think we were probably asleep by 12:05am.

No complaints about anything. I'd love to stay there again.

I love the king sized bed is very convenient also I love that The alarm clock that they had had all the USB is that you need ed to charge up your phone or any other device that you need ed that was a big plus.

The fact that on the website stated that it had a free continental breakfast but when you get there you're told after you check in that they have a breakfast sandwich so I went ahead and ordered it when I went that morning to pick up my sandwich they told me that my name was not on the list that I did not order 1. Also the room that I was in was a king sized room they had the TV and a cabinet but the way that the tv and the cabinet were set up nobody laying in the bed could actually see TV because the cabinet blocked it because the TV was a little bit too big they should have put it on top of the cabinet or in the center of the wall mark this shot is out shot becoming 19 by the scene of the harway as so as Walgreens

Room was clean and spacious, bed was a little hard. Breakfast was good. Lady in the front office was friendly and hard worker. Doing the desk, setting up breakfast and everything in between. Co worker didn't show up and she stepped up and did it all.

How nice the staff was when we first got there and the neighborhood was nice as well. Even if it was continual breakfear they still offered us a to go breakfast which had a breakfast sandwich, coffee cake, a granola bar, and a water. Which qas a nice grab and go option.

The only thing we had was not the hotels fault. The people outside were really loud late at night.
