Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites Albuquerque - North Interstate 25, an IHG Hotel

staff was super friendly. the food was really good. we couldn’t believe it! the nachos and Caesar salad at the bar we highly recommend. breakfast was also delicious - I had the breakfast burrito. super close to two of the balloon fiesta shuttle pick ups and easy to get to other spots around town. there was no noise from the highway or from other guests which was a huge plus since a lot of hotels can be super noisy.

the pool was indoors but not warm and the slide was closed because there was no lifeguard. one of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for the pool since my daughter loves to swim and it helps us keep her occupied during down time.

The staff was very professional, helpful & friendly. The hotel met our needs & the price was reasonable. It was nice to have vouchers for daily breakfast in the restaurant area. The room suited our needs for the time we were there.

The pool & hot tub are tiny, the pictures online are very misleading. The waterslide is only available on the weekend, which the property does not mention online, when booking. We had a hard time each evening finding parking, due to a smaller parking area and the hotel being full. The breakfast was nice in the morning but the food was barely warm when brought out to us, each day. We booked through Expedia and our reservation was for 3 adults and 1 child however, when we checked into the hotel, they claimed the reservation was for 3 people only? Which shorted us 1 breakfast voucher each day. The beds in the room were not the most comfortable & the room is a little worn down.

A free continental breakfast would really be appreciated since the rates are kinda high. Life guards need to be more focused rather than being on their phones. Lack of communication with one of custodians should be addressed. Was asked a few simple questions and his response was very plain and blunt. No enthusiasm, just there for a paycheck, pretty much.

The breakfast was nice. I like that it was made to order and food was served to you. Prices were a bit high but given the times we are in its understandable.

There were no pool towels. Small complaint but they did bring some more in once they knew they were out..also we were lookkng forward to using the slide at the pool and couldnt because a life guard had to be on duty. Overall very nice place.

It was clean and quite, staff was good.

Pool hours were posted as 6am to 10pm in the pool room, was disappointed when we were up at 6am to swim without all the little children, but the pool was closed till 9am. There was a small sign outside the pool area, but we never saw it. Just feel like the sign in the pool area should reflect the correct time, especially since it is the largest sign with the time on it.

The beds were comfortable, staff was polite, pool and bar were open till 10 pm, and the hallways were quiet throughout the night .

Our TV couldn't connect to the cable. I tried to change the input to see if it would make a difference but nothing. We used our phones to watch something but it was manageable for one night.

The lady at the desk was really rude she needs to learn how to speak to customers who have questions about the property. She wouldn’t even let me know things regarding the slide so I was like whatever. But she was the only thing wrong with this property. Attitude adjustment needed. The rest of the property was so great my family and I had a great time!

The bartender was wonderful. She was closing the bar when we arrived and opened it back up to tend to us for a while. I did not get her name but she was very sweet and recommended restaurants to us.

No pressure in toilet or shower and a little noisy in hallway. TV was small for such a big room. Other than that, the location was good and staff was great.

As always the staff were awesome even though they were Fuller then the other times we where there they were great.

Easy access to the Interstate, comfortable bed and very clean room. Staff was friendly and courteous with quick check-in. Nice large bathroom with over size shower area.

Being so close to the Interstate was a bit loud at time, due to the fact it was the weekend and kids out racing up and down it. No fault of the hotel.
