Comfort Inn & Suites Lees Summit -Kansas City

Great standard accommodation. Nothing too fancy about this place, but it was clean, easy to get to, easy parking, and inexpensive. Not a lot of extras here, but sometimes you don't want/need that.

Nothing really. It's exactly what I expected for the price and was happy.

Price was excellent when compared to other hotels of similar quality. This is the one and only 'Choice Hotel Brand' I'll use. I'm a long-time Marriott Elite member, but I'll stay at at a Comfort Suites with no problem. Large rooms, large TV w/a lot of channels, Fridge & Microwave, etc. This particular hotel location has always been very well run. Even their vending machines have low cost items priced very fairly.

The room directly above is on the 3rd floor had a person who stayed up very late and walked very heavily across the floor for a few hours until midnight, but that's not controllable by Hotel Staff. Just one of those things you deal with.

The night staff, Johnathon? Was very helpful, going above and beyond to accomidate us. We drove over 14 hours without sleep since the day before, hit a deer, ended up lost, and eventually at the wrong hotel. He called them for us and got the reservation switched over.

Everything was perfect. The room was exceptional!

I really love the hospitality, the clean rooms and the whole facility. The location is great, it's easy to the highway, and stores and restaurants. It's like a second home to our family.

The only thing that I don't care for is the breakfast. Being a picky eater sometimes can be hard to accomadate.

The hotel was in a great location as we attended a football game at Arrowhead Stadium. The hotel was very clean beds were comfortable and staff was great. I would definitely stay again.

The only thing I can think of was the ac/ heater was a bit noisy when it kicked on as if maybe it had a little mal function but other than that no complaints about the hotel. It still heated well and when needed it kept the room cool.

Everything was fine with the facility and the location was convenient to travel different places quickly. The amenities are good.

The only thing that I didn't care for was the selection of products in the vendor machine, some out dated..

Parking access was great and easy. Rooms location was good you could see your vehicle and be insured that all was good.

The breakfast was a little bit to be desired. No eggs and biscuits, no fruit and no condiments. In one room the toilet was bad and backed up. We went to breakfast at 9am. Nothing there.

Easy check in, great location.

Not as many options for breakfast as other Choice hotels. When asked was told it's management. The attendant talked to much at our table when we were trying to enjoy each other's company.

Room was a great size, plenty of space for two adults, the bed was comfortable, it was located in a quiet area but not far from anywhere we wanted to go....downtown KC was about a 30 minute drive....baseball and football stadiums were less than 15 minutes away........

breakfast was a bit of a disappointment, only hot food was biscuits and gravy, there were some micro-waivable items.....

- value - cleanliness - space for suite - comfortable bed - nice wall art

- very low shower pressure - a little dated fixtures, but that doesn't bother me, especially for the price
