I stayed one night. We scheduled a second night but in a new room. My sister paid for the second night.
Reported to front desk that we had no towels, washcloths or hand towels. Had no soap shampoo conditioner or lotion. There was a blood splatter on wall under sink. The air conditioner had a dripping sound and carpet was saturated. The pool was not cool but ice cold. We could not stay in it for long. Description of hotel stated a heated pool. The front desk stated that the heating was turned off because of summer hot weather. That customers did not want a warm pool during summer. This pool was not adjusted to cool it a bit but turned off. Everyone should know that you have to have some heat in order to make it usable.

The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the indoor pool. The room was clean and very nice! The public area was also very clean. I really enjoyed my stay.
No breakfast was served. They could have served breakfast in a paper sack like another hotel was serving in the same area.

breakfast was very limited. very low water pressure on the 2nd (last) night of my stay. room was small. only chair was the desk chair but there was no room for another chair. no luggage stand, had to use the desk.

The room is a nice size. The mattress was comfortable.
The entrance doors had no ADA accessibility as you had to pull and keep doors open, all the while maneuvering the luggage cart. Linens were old.

Nothing really except maybe breakfast could have been extended to 10:00. I was on vacation and didn't need to wake up so early just to eat breakfast so I had to go to a restaurant.

I have stayed at different hotels in the area and this was by far the best. Very nice room for the price. Loved the walk in shower! TV channel choices could have been better but overall enjoyable stay and will be back!
Just a bit more money than I normally have to pay for this type of room but it was ok.
