The cleanliness of the hotel

The only thing I didn’t like was that I paid for breakfast for two people in the room price but was not allowed to order for two people I was The only thing I didn’t like was that I paid for breakfast for two people in the room price but was not allowed to order for two people I was told my husband had to come out the room to get it himself due to covid he does not like going to public areas but due to the storm we had no choice so we just went somewhere and ordered food to go instead

The hotel is in a convenient location. Very Clean; we didn't worry about COVID. Friendly, helpful employees. The king suite is large with a separate area that has a sofa, chair, desk and tv.

Tried to check in around 3:30 to 4 but had to wait for room to be cleaned. We had called earlier to tell them we would be there early but the room was not ready. Cleaning crew worked hard but I don't think that there were enough to handle the cleaning when the hotel was fully occupied like the night before our stay.

I didn't have breakfast on this trip but have had it in the past and it was great.

There were noisy guest above me late into the night , Saturday. Since I was rested I decided to check out early. ( 1am ).

The hotel was very clean. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Easy to get to. The king suite was a nice size, larger than some others we have stayed at.

The bathtub was worn and stained. I checked it to make sure it was clean and it was. It just had the appearance of being dirty because of the stain. Also the sofa cushions were hard. We stayed in room 203. If not for the tub, I would have rated the stay as excellent.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We didn't eat at the location because we were meeting people for our meals. The front desk lady had to go to two different floors to get us extra towels

I needed early checkin to dress for a funeral after a lengthy drive, and to my surprise both of my rooms were ready when I arrived around noon time.

The commode in my bathroom needed attention - water kept running after flushing until I jiggled the handle.

Great location, Great Price , Great stay.

The Bed dipped a little in the middle so my back was a little achy when I woke up, however ,this may have been just this room so I won’t hold it against the whole establishment. The hotel has aged a bit as well.

The size of the room was nice.

The deluxe suite's bathroom is outdated and the jetted garden tub doesn't seem to be cleaned regularly or correctly. Some jets were missing and had to be cleaned and cycled to loosen and rid past guests dirt and grime... which was evident after turning on the jets for the first time. Very disappointed bc the only reason we needed the suite was for the jetted tub.

Bed was so comfortable. Quiet. Parking was good. Clean.

Hot tubs to big of a step to get into for older people. Also to turn on the water for a bath was hard to turn on and off.
