Comfort Inn & Suites Columbus North

Was very clean . i wanted a room with a role in shower with shower chair . and wanda made sure we got the right room it was perfect .

1We we nt outside about 10 am and bye the time we made it back they were cleaning the room . they had thrown out a few of my wifes things . they said u should have hung a do not disturb sign. I had never heard of that . I say that when they seen that our clothes and things were still in the room they should have waited untill check out which is 11am to be sure we had checked out . i was happy with the room and everything but lije i said they should have waited untill 11am to clean our room .

The manager was very very mean. I stood at the counter 15 minutes before he noticed me, he told me i should have pushed the button for assist. He saw me there the entire 15 minutes, why should i have to push the button. We drove 15 hours and made it 1 hour early. we asked for early check in he stated he couldn’t allow us to do that even if we paid. He was prejudiced if you ask me. Hotel was very clean. Managers just wasn’t right

The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. I would recommend this place to any one look for a place to stay

There wasn't really anything we didn't like about our stay. The staff was very friendly. Everything was so nice. the room was great.

Every employee we saw had a smile or a ‘how ya doin’ and we loved it! The pool was as hot as a hot tub, the rooms nice and cold. Not as clean as it could’ve been, but honestly the accommodations and friendly staff overshadowed it. I’d stay again tbh

The pool was so hot that when we got back to our cold room it got us sick lol we tried to normalize our body temps after the swim, but it didn’t help.

I liked the cleanness of the front desk and entry. and the front desk clerk that’s on the 7a-11p shift. sorry I forgot her name

however I wished the cleanness would have followed me into my room. the bath tub had hair in it, spider webs throughout the room, glass stains on the tables.

I loved the staff and our room was nice.

Pool and workout room was closed because place was doing renovation.

The light out side was pointed straight in my window. And this wasn't you fault but for over a hour a truck was out front of my window ribbing up the motor at 5;30 in the morning know way you could sleep.

Most of everything about it.

The mattress was a little to soft to a point. Having back problems , needed more of a firm mattress. Safety of kids in the pool area,running in the hallway. Floor slippery from water from yhe pool.

the older lady that work their around about 3 am is very sweet and generous. she will make sure your stay is top quality

if you pay with cash they want you to give a $200 deposit instead of putting your bank card on file

I like the location of the property. I liked the space.

I wasn’t able to close the curtains completely. it looked like mold was painted over in the closet and on the bathroom door. the bathroom floor was not cleaned had hair left behind.
