Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating and the room was very clean. We arrived late at night and were able to check in easily. Great location within walking distance of the college and downtown shops.
The beds were hard and uncomfortable and the rooms could use an update for the price you pay for a room. Looked like the 1950's except for the large TV 😊

The family that has run the motel for many years is wonderful -- friendly, helpful and very kind! Rooms are unexpectedly quite large, AC chillingly effective, everything is well-cleaned and simply works. Location simply can't be beat if you're coming for the College -- it is directly across the street. Don't expect a luxury hotel, but if you're OK or better with typical American motel architecture, this is a fantastic value for the money!
We wished the pool had been open during our stay, because it was quite warm in early June.

The room was very clean. They style was updated but the bathroom was not. The bed was the most comfortable thing I have ever slept on.
The only thing I did not like was the office hours. I did not come in contact with a single staff member. When I arrived around 10pm the office was closed and I did the self check in. Fine, but I had to leave by 9 am and the office wasn't going to be open until 1230. I just left at 9.

No Breakfast. Stained bed spread. Confusing tv channels didn’t match the paper. Could use a little updating.

Building is worn, but it's old; that didn't bother us. Only problem was paper thin wall adjoining door with loud couple right next door.

They had great activities in terms of what I like to do which is basketball and they already had basketballs. The pool wasn’t open but that’s ok with me.
To be honest there’s not really anything I didn’t like.
