Holiday Inn & Suites Pittsfield-Berkshires, an IHG Hotel

This is a wheelchair accessible hotel .. . Close to everything in Downtown Pittsfield, nice pool and patio area . We enjoyed having a light takeout dinner near the pool area . The staff were pleasant and helpful . I would stay here again when visiting Pittsfield.

The valet parking was not con venient, I tipped the parking attendant .. but wasn't sure if I should've.. or not . I had to leave the hotel several times a day ..so it was awkward to keep asking for my car.

The suite was very spacious and clean

I was looking forward to the hot tub which is no longer there but it’s on their website and it said kids eat free but that wasn’t true because the restaurant is independently owned so that was a little bit disturbing for me.

Great pool. Room was clean. Very comfortable bed. WiFi was accessible. Views were spectacular from my windows

Restaurant for breakfast was not impressive nor was the choices of food. Dinner wasn't great in the restaurant. Parking garage was totally closed and looked like it had been that way for quite a while so you had to park off site at a bank's parking lot away from the hotel

The hotel was nicely renovated, it felt clean. The room was spacious and the location was in the center of town close to Lenox. The staff could not be more accommodating. The restaurant is very nice although I did not care for the food. Breakfast was disappointing as it was a minimal buffet, the room where is served is very sad.....

I will never use Booking.com again. The hotel did not have a record of my reservation. The hotel was willing to give me their last room if that had been necessary. I was not able to call booking.com to speak with a person about the issue. However, I did get to "chat" with someone. Eventually, they messaged me back and said the hotel had my room reservation. This was very inconvenient. Thankfully, I found out while enroute, so I had some time to fix the issue.

The parking garage is under repair. We were looking forward to having that connivence. They did provide parking next door and valet service

Good location to downtown pittsfield. Breakfast buffet was good value if booked at time of booking.

Seems a little run down. Parts of the hotel are falling apart. Beds were smaller than advertised. TV did not work and took multiple hours to get fixed.

The location

There was pieces of the ceiling falling and all over the floor of the bathroom. The tub did not drain and I found red starburst candies in my bed. There was a dried blood splatter on the wall.

I travel to Pittsfield 2 or 3 times per year and find the hotel location perfect.

Having my car parked in the lot down the street. Will be glad when the new parking garage is complete.

nice well maintained facility

parking. garage closed and had to park almost 2 blocks away. they did offer free valet parking which I don’t use as I always have something taken with valet.
