Red Roof Inn PLUS+ Boston - Logan

The location is almost equidistant between Salem and Boston, which was very convenient for our trip. They don’t serve breakfast but we found an AMAZING donut place a short drive away. We would not have found Kane’s Donuts, if this location had served breakfast, so I think in all, it was a win! The staff was amazingly friendly, and never failed to greet us, whether coming in the door or coming off the elevator. I would happily stay here again.

My only real complaint was the craziness of Massachusetts traffic! Getting in and out of the parking lot was a bit harrowing and nerve racking some days.

The staff was outstanding extremely friendly and great eye contact and were genuine with their responses I must highlight the front desk clerk she was amazing and absolute hard worker and should be recognized for her long hours that she puts in and dedication to the company

I would suggest to put A new electric outlet located at the sink as the iron would not stay plugged in and kept falling out of the outlet. The USB ports on the nightstand between the beds also we're not working.

What I always notice at a business is if the staff greet you every time I walked in I was greeted it did not matter what time if they were customers phones ringing they greeted everybody that goes very far with me

The heat in the AC unit in the room should have been replaced it worked but not like it should have they only last a couple years I used to install these years ago when I was a kid

There was no breakfast there was no coffee downstairs but there was signs that said they served coffee downstairs and they did not I really think they should think about having coffee 24 seven downstairs that is a big plus for me

Like I said no coffee downstairs it would be a big plus for me and I’m Sure for many others coffee 24 seven downstairs they have a sign saying there is coffee 24 seven behind the desk but there was no coffee that was very disappointing to me

I like the location very much right across the street from grocery store and other things, staff is very friendly and accommodating and overall I've had a great stay while I've been here

The only thing I think they can do better is to upgrade the TV 😒😉but other than that it's a great place to stay

Very last minute booking that turned out great. The room itself was nicer than most I’ve stayed in. The staff were accommodating and helpful. It’s located perfect between Boston and Salem. The strip it’s on has plenty of food options plus a Walmart and a mall. Very pleasant experience.

No real complaint outside noisy neighbors but that’s no fault of the hotel and it wasn’t too bad.

Size of the room and the location

Facilties can do some improvement.no sink in the shower/toilet .lack of privacy bcoz of the window when curtain is pulled.towel are too small.the tea and coffee are either lukewarm or just OK.

Very clean room and they gave use both soft and firm pillows that were marked so you knew which was which. The check-in staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had a safe, microwave, refrigerator plus a desk with a great chair and work lamp. A nice large mirror in the room for getting ready.

The door to the room was very thin so you heard everyone walking in the hall. If they were talking it felt like they were in the room with you. There was no ice bucket but they did have cups.

Staff was attentive and helpful when an issue with the door arose. Room was spacious and felt clean and comfortable.

The air unit needed some maintenance, made squeaky noises off and on as parts moved.

the location is bad as the street is basically a highway. Is really hard to get out of hotel because incoming traffic going 55+ mph. on sundays people are loud and for some reason activated the alarm twice.
